Can';t wait for #102. This story is awesome and looks to be getting better, who would of thought that possible?

Everything about this book is amazing, and what Fear is doing to Milla is one of the most twisted things I have seen a villain do to a hero's loved one. I can't wait to see how this all goes down.

Just curious, what exactly could Mr. Fear do to neutralize Parker Robbins, badass fear toxin aside?
The Hood's abilities are a tad bit above the average street level villain, judging by what he did to Wolverine near the end of their fight, seems like he could just transform and bite his head off.
Thats not even taking into account all the D-listers he has at his disposal for cannon fodder.

Maybe Fear is smarter than the Hood.

I wouldn't doubt that, Parker is more street smart than anything else (Bendis' version atleast) and Fear seems to be more craftier, crazy and paranoid than ever.

He was smart enough to employ Turk first.

I am :(. I hope that Matt can say her, and that they can be happy, if only for a little while!

I liked him with some of his past girlfriends, there's just something about Milla. I haven't liked her since Bendis wrote her into the series. She's just horribly whiny, and not very fun to read about. I hope she jumps in front of the next train she tries to throw someone in front of.
Sooo looking forward to the Enforcers! I needs me some Enforcers!

I think it's the blind thing for me. I have a huge weakness for blind girls.

I'm starting to think I am too.
Don't know what it is about Milla, I'm usually the first person to shout "murder his wife" when it comes to Peter & MJ..
For some weird reason, I want to see this marriage stick.

Matt, at least, should have some happiness in his life. I'd hate for Milli to be shoved in the fridge for no good reason.

There are DD villains you like Brubaker to revamp or even use?
Purple Man has become a scary villain in recent years and Mr. Hyde could use a step up, I wouldnt mind seeing Typhoid Mary again.

Me too. Typhoid Mary needs a revisit.
And how about putting the Owl in the hands of someone capable? Yeah, yeah, that whole bullet through the chest thing can be worked out...

Well he is dead, so maybe he should stay that way for a while. I actually think he should have stayed dead in 2001, he went out on a high note there.
I am just wondering what role Owl could play nowadays, with Mr. Fear controlling Hell's Kitchen and the Hood controlling everywhere else, where would Owl fit?

I hear ya! I just can't stand the gal, and the blind love thing going on is so cheesy. Killing her would be extremely lame, though. It has been abused to no end with him, but Matt going through a divorce would be interesting to see. Just make her disappear already, she's so annoying.
With so many interesting girls in his life - Elektra, Black Widow, Typhoid Mary, Karen Page... maybe even Echo, except for the blind-deaf relationship - Matt Murdock marries her? I would much rather love to see how he'd handle a marriage with a Karen Page with AIDS, killing her was such a bad move to begin with...
I'm loving Brubaker's use of Mr. Fear. I had no idea of who the guy was when he was first revealed in this arc, but I instantly thought he was a great villian. I can't wait for this issue to dwell more into his psychological state.
And the Hood! But most importantly - Turk!

Mr. Fear and/or the Hood aint controlling turf for long. I bet a triumphant return of Wilson Fisk is in the cards.

Consider the motion to restore Typhoid Mary thirded. Having her return would be an amazing way to throw yet another wrench in the Mila/Matt relationship.
As for the Owl, I'd love to see this fight to be "The Kingpin of Supervillians" turn into a real brawl. Lets have Mr. Fear have a faction, the Owl, the Hood, the Golem and heck, lets bring back the Original kingpin and have them all battle it out across the streets of new york. Sounds like a good basis for a crossover...

I hope she goes to prison, or they divorce, cause the whole 'I'm devastated because my girlfriend is dead' shtick is getting old for DD.
I miss Glori and Karen. It's too bad they had to make Glori a freaking lunatic. She really stood up to Matt during the Nocenti run.
Black Widow would be nice. I'd like to see how Bru would handle that relationship. Or even make Matt and Dakota North and him.

Personally, I'd rather see Fish take some time off. However, Count Nefaria hasn't had a push in years...

OMG, I've been obsessing over Nefaria over the last couple of days! I've been getting a lot of his back issues, and reading up on him lately! I kinda hate that he made himself an ionic being. Their really wasn't any need to make him super-powerful, but have him employ a plethora of super-powered characters to do his dirty work for him was a great idea.

I quite liked Glorianna O'Breen myself. Nocenti used her very little but very well. What was done to her later was absolutely gratuitous (plus a bad story)... Killing characters, in my opinion, is, most of the time, an incredible waste of potential... it is better , for me, if authors make characters dissapear for a time (I.e. "I'm, divorcing you!" or "oh! I just got such a nice job offer from Timboctou!"): this way, they can be recovered for more interesting stories.
An example of this can be the return of Becky Blake in the DD series, or, indeed, the introduction of Dakota North! Living characters enrich a secondary cast, and empower the main character... Dead characters? Just turn the poor hero into a lone angster.
Man, DD must be so sick of constantly being played by his villains. They don't just commit crimes, they try to ruin his personal life. It's been like this practically throughout all of volume 2. It's still entertaining though... He just needs to catch a break.
