Derek Jacobi(the guy does I Claudius, Shakespeare, Brother Cadfael and the Master in one lifetime. That's class!)
Angela Lansbury(appeared in L&O:SVU a couple of years ago as a manipulative old-money society matron. Shades of Mrs. Iselin from The Manchurian Candidate)
Patrick McGoohan(another great villain)
William Shatner(not the world's greatest actor but fun to watch. And enjoying a renaissance in recent years)

Even though all I could think about Cromwell in "L.A. Confidential" was "You shifty, irredeemable rat bastard!," I loved him in that film.
