Derek Jacobi(the guy does I Claudius, Shakespeare, Brother Cadfael and the Master in one lifetime. That's class!)
Angela Lansbury(appeared in L&O:SVU a couple of years ago as a manipulative old-money society matron. Shades of Mrs. Iselin from The Manchurian Candidate)
Patrick McGoohan(another great villain)
William Shatner(not the world's greatest actor but fun to watch. And enjoying a renaissance in recent years)
Erik Lehnsherr

James Cromwell.
As for older actresses, both Jane Fonda and Ellen Burstyn having been doing some very good work over the last couple of years.
James Cromwell.
He certainly has moved a long way from Stretch Cunningham thats for sure.

Even though all I could think about Cromwell in "L.A. Confidential" was "You shifty, irredeemable rat bastard!," I loved him in that film.
