I haven't read any of the WWH as the comic store I go to was basically sold out of em. So is there a specific reading order of WWH?
Or if I choose a specific, like WWH X-Men, I'd just read of his encounter with the team?

See the WWH reading order thread.
Edit : I rearranged my reading order to read the mini's in blocks starting with
Planet without a Hulk - She hulk By Dan Slott
Avengers Initiative by Dan Slott
Iron Man #19 and #20
Antman
Ghost Rider
X-Men
Heroes for Hire 9-15
Gamma Corp
Then All WWH Prologue, and 1-5
Then all IH 106-111
Punisher
Then all FL 1-6
This gave an incredible build up to the WWH main event, because the AI placement makes the ineffectiveness of the nanobots, make sense later on, and spreads out the war through the bugs before the event starts. I didn't worry about the jumps from one mini to another, because you are always going to get that happening anyway.

If I were you I'd just read WWH: Xmen & WWH. The rest of the tie-ins aren't worth it.

Make your decisions off of what you think, not what others say. I actually thought Gamma Corps had potential, and I thought the Initiative tie in was nice too (The battle with trauma was great good, howevere brief). Also, look up the prologue. The conversation between Jenn Walters and Leonard Sampson was great!
