No one really knows and that article doesn't really have much substantial evidence. The cover to Gotham Underground also shows Azrael who is supposed to be "dead" and they don't even mention that.

Back when it was accounced Dixon was returning to Robin, he said he was bringing back two characters into Tim's life. One would surprise fans. One would really surprise fans. Spoiler was the first name mentioned. We just don't know if she's the surprise or the big surprise.

I had to look it up. Tim's parents were poisoned by a one-off villain called the Obeah Man. His mom died and his dad was in a coma. Perhaps we'll discover that his mom was also really in a coma?

And what happened to his step-mom? She was still around when Jack Drake was killed, wasn't she?

Now that I think about it, maybe one of the returning characters will be the Obeah Man himself. It's too unusual a comics character who has a loved one killed by someone doesn't ever get a rematch against that killer.

As I recall, that event threw her over the edge mentally, and she ended up in an institution. Nothing to say she couldn't get better, though.

The most we can say at the moment is that someone in a Spoiler costume is spying on Robin. Whether or not it's really Steph remains to be seen.

i cant see her coming back in a mini'series like Gotham Underworld or Underground. If she were to come back it would be part of a major storyline in Batman, Detective or Robin.... or all 3, like Ra's al crap resurrected
