It's been a while and the old thread is gone. Let's hope it stays dead.
Anyhow, here's some of my artwork, both original and fan stuff. =]
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/sd_wind-1.jpg
'Dawwww, a cute little drawing of one of my original characters, Wind. =]
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/The_Lady_Lorelei.jpg
Lady Lorelei, a female kitty pirate from the same story Wind is from. I had meant to color this -and I probably will eventually- but this looks just fine to me too.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/mz_001.jpg
Marianne and Zumzum, two characters from a separate story that I'm actually going to try and make into a comic next year. This was, more or less, made for my website and the eventual site that will have the online prequel comic they're from. I'm still pleased with this, though Marianne's eyes could be smaller.

A picture I did for my Art II class. I'm still pleased with it to this very day.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/miya_koopa.jpg
A character of mine as a Koopa from the Mario series. Not liking that foot, to be honest. =/
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/Amooooooora.jpg
The Enchantress. I got the post from a fashion magazine my mother got. The more I look at this, the more I dislike it... but people seem to like it, so I don't complain about it too much.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/thorgirl.jpg
lol Thor-Girl. Everyone at the Thor MB liked this one.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/hamham.jpg
Beta Ray Bill with Hamtaro and his friends. Laugh if you want, but I did this for a couple friends of mine who like Hamtaro. I have no regrets or shame.

Cosplay crossovers!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/drock.jpg
I actually don't like Disgaea, but for whatever reason the mental image of Boober Fraggle as Laharl popped into my head and I thought it was funny.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/flcl_small.jpg
Thor meets FLCL. I too have no regrets.
And here's some coloring jobs I've done too:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/vartha_thor_colored.jpg
Lineart by my friend Vartha. =]
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/reman_betaraybill_colored.jpg
Lineart by the uber talented and kinetic Re-Man.
That's all for now!

Thank you!
I'm never quite sure what to make of my style, since it jumps around all over the place these days. Heh.

Thank you!
Yeah, it was kinda weird drawing the Fraggles (since Fraggle Rock is one of those shows I feel weird doing ANY art for most of the time) in a set up like that, but I'm still very pleased with it. =]

Hey Hey Hey...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/philomena_01.jpg
A new character I'm developing. The costume has changed somewhat slightly, but I'll show that later.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/jean_redo.jpg
Hey, it's Jean Grey.

Some stuff
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/mariah.jpg
A quick bust of Mariah, a character from the same story as Wind (as seen above). I did this in October, but never got around to showing it off. Mariah's one of my personal favorite characters. <3
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/sif-sue--jennifercolor.jpg
I colored this for another friend from a Thor MB, this artist being Adey. I'd just gotten my new tablet that same day, so I wanted to try some basic coloring first.

My midterm for my 'Drawing for Electronic Media' class. Basically... we get to draw people. I love it. The print of this turned out darker than I hoped, but oh well.

Bored, bored, boredity bored... Something I did for fun.

Your art seems to me to be the best when you draw things in your own style, rather than in someone else's. You seem to definitely have a distinct style and mode of expression in you that's trying to come out.

It's been a while, so here's some 'new' stuff:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/Shocked_Philomena.jpg
Rarely I do traditional work (because I'm worried about ruining my drawing), but here's Philomena... shocked about something.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/Don__t_Sass_Me.jpg
Don't sass me, bro!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/cammi_bday.jpg
Something I did for a friend's birthday the other day: my character Lapis giving her character Genova a 'birthday noogie'. They're both artificially created humans (don't ask, long story) in our respective stories, so I couldn't resist.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/betaraybill-2-100-3.jpg
Finally, a picture I colored for my mutual acquaintance Re-man. I had colored this one once before, but I wasn't pleased the first time. So, I recolored it and tried a new method that I've now been using in most of my more recent digital artworks. He was extremely pleased with this too. =]

More stuff from me.
This is from a project I'm doing.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/inhumans/day_01.jpg
Boober Fraggle again. What is it with me and Fraggles?
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/inhumans/day_02.jpg
Abe Sapien. <3
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/inhumans/day_04.jpg
Spyro the Dragon.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/Lapis_and_Marianne.jpg
And Lapis (l.) and Marianne (r.), originals of mine.
More to come.

I really like that Spyro!
The Abe is good too, especially the lighting/shading.

Thanks!
I've never drawn dragons in general before -or 4 legged things for that matter-, so I'm glad so many people have enjoyed it. =]

So yea... I stalked you after seeing your No-Name. Really nice work, your colors are awesome. I really like the drawing of Wind. and bonus points for having a Phoenix action figure.

Thank you! I'm especially proud of the Wind drawing (even though it could be better), which was the first ever art I made with the intention of making it into a print.
And yeah, I have MANY Phoenix action figures:

Okay, here's some other stuff in the meantime. Sorry it's not all polished stuff... haven't had the time to really devote to such things:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/perfuma-1.jpg
Perfuma from 'She-Ra', redone for the 200x He-Man cartoon. I imagined her as a young plant sprite like Moss-Man. =]
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/inhumans/day_11.jpg
Kazooie from 'Banjo-Kazooie'. Ice key!!

Beta Ray Bill, done for the aforementioned project. =]
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/mz0308.jpg
Marianne and Zumzum -two of my originals- again. I've just noticed that Marianne's outfit changes every few months. D=
My Daughter"s been a big fan of your art for some time, I thought I would chime in and tell you that. Love your Abe Sapian he's Kooool. Nice art.

Lovely work. I like that it's varied, because it shows you're not 'stuck' in any one drawing mode. I know a lot of people support having a 'style' to distinguish yourself, and I'd say once in the comics business being distinctive does help to sell your work, but I'd say it doesn't make you a better artist, and it certainly helps BEFORE you're established to be able and willing to draw anything.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/zekespartan.jpg
An original character, Wind's brother named Zeke. He's a water spirit. =]
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Wahey/staywithme.jpg
A mushy FemaleShepard/Garrus picture. D'awwww!!! (Mass Effect, if you couldn't tell)

A request I did for my friend Falcontress of her character Jessie.

Just a tip, but generally it's considered good form to acknowledge people when they compliment your art.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/zumzum_02.jpg
A full body shot of my little alien guy. I figured it was about time.

Just something very dreamy-ish.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/mekairinek/Originals/Gouache___Philomena.jpg
I'm in love with gouache. Could have done without the failed pastel/acrylic highlights though.

More gouache. Beta Ray Bill~! <3
