Yeah, that was my first guess given "news" as context, but it could have been any one of a hundred things.

The thing to keep in mind is that Israeli Arabs aren't the same thing as "Palestinians". Israeli Arabs are citizens, with rights. Many serve in the IDF as well. Hell, not even all of them are Muslim. Druz Arabs, for example, are very Pro-Israel.

If it had been a Palestinian family hosting them? Yeah sure. News.

aaaaah. I see. For some reason I automatically assumed that it was Palestinian Arabs hosting Jews. Just like that school in Shat-al-arab(sp?) where Israelis and Palestinians go to understand each other.

btw: not really sure about the name, but I saw it on Worldchanging. Will look it up tonight and edit this post.
