Is Luthor's suit on par with Dr Doom's or Iron Man's?

The original suit put Luthor on-par with the Pre-Crisis Superman. That's pretty damn powerful.

I'd say the current suit isn't on par with them though.

I didn't think it was that strong...i mean superboy-prime ripped it off him with ease...although he does have silver age level strength.
