The art I thought was cool in this, but I wasn't too crazy about the final outcome. I think the ending on all these minis kind of sputtered out. This seemed to have the least importance out of all the minis. It was nice to see no one else got offed and the cure for the air born Phalanx disease was found. Hopefully, this group has a more important role in the main mini. This is mainly just an action based issue. I wasnt aware that the unipower would actually be able to leave a host like the one done here where it takes over a phalanx and then return to another host. I'm just glad the unipower left the character that was introduced in those one shots. I guess marvel felt they were a bad memory worth being forgotten.

I liked it well enough. Great art, dialogue nad humor.
Hopefully we'll see more of them even after the main mini.

I loved it. The art was incredible and the characters were all really cool. Although I wouldnt have minded having the guy keep the Uni-Force. Also kind of wish it had more of an effect as well. But hopefully they will do some cool stuff in the mini itself.

I'm really going to miss this series.
It was left open ended so there is chance they will continue to serve as a unit. So there is hope we'll be seeing them again.
Despite some people's early fears, the team survived relatively intact. Great characterization from start to finish, and I respect that a lot.
If the uni power has moved on, I'd like to see it go towards helping a certain hero in his battle against Annihilus.

I enjoyed this mini. Giffen knows how to spin an entertaining yarn. The art was nice too.

Easily my favorite of them 4 minis. I wonder if the uni force will show up in some other character in Conquest.

There were actually plans to put out a Captain Universe ongoing after those mini/one shot's but with Annihilation and everything else after the book kind of fell by the wayside. As for the book I think the last issue still retained the great vibe and consistency that Keith and Timothy put down. I guess I was sort of surprised about the Uni-power leaving so soon even though I know it usually does that because I wanted Gabe to keep it for a longer period. Ah well.
I was always fearing whether another member would die but thankfully all of them are still intact, I don't even know if I could take any of them getting killed as they are all pretty awesome when written by Keith.
Great mini, put me down also for wanting to see another mini or ongoing. I guess we'll just have to be satisfied with his involvement in the actual Conquest mini series

I was aware of a potential Captain Universe series in the works, but I thought they ditched it when the one shots weren't selling. I am actually surprised how many people seemed to have enjoyed this mini.

Don't quote me on this but I believe was in one of the information page in the last one shot issue of the mini. It said something along the lines of "Keep a look out for Captain Universe ongoing coming soon!".

It's hard to say why they deep sixed Captain Universe, maybe it was because of the one shots performance, or they just wanted to use him further down the pike, or they just didn't think it would sell. But I remember that they put alot of promotion into it like putting out a trade of his appearances called "Power Unimaginable" and stuff like that.

It was "Look for the Captain Universe miniseries, coming in March"
Which, of course, never happened - probably because of the one-shots' sales.

Dang, another awesome issue of Star-Lord, I sure am gonna be bummed not picking this one up anymore. This mini-series had everything you could ask for, awesome characters, each with their own uniqueness and great conversational moments, fantastic battles, magnificent art (by the way, what else is Timothy Green II gonna be doing?), and flawless writing by Keith Giffen. Definitely gotta give this mini an A.

Didn't like it. Don't want to hate on Mr. Green, so I'll just say the art didn't do it for me and leave it at that.
Glad a lot of people liked it though-- it'll make it easier to sell my copies! :D
