Spider-girl or Amazing Spider-girl

I relly liked Spider-girl expesally issues 92-100,how is the new series the Amazing Spider-girl does it live up to the oreginal.I stoped reading after the first series ended,

It's just as good if not better than the original series.

In fact,why not regard ASG # 1 as SG # 101?

The writing has been pretty consistent between both titles. The early issues had the novelty of building the entire spider-girl universe (MC2). Everything had to be introduced and fleshed out. It also had alot more introspection on Mayday's role as a super-hero. Some of which is now being reintroduced as a result of Ben's hearing loss.

Basically, if you liked the prior work you will enjoy the new stories. One other little point that I think is relavent. Stories are paced quickly. Even with 2-3 issue arcs, you get a beginning and resolution without months of speculation.

Without a doubt I think Amazing Spider-Girl has been the best title out of the two so far.

Totally agree. It's really hit the ground running and hasn't slipped up once.
