Why does galactus always got to feed on a planet wouldent he get more juice out of a sun or gas cloud, not to metion he would save a lot more energy if he didnt keep making herolds.

No, because he's not stealing a planet's energy, he's feeding on the energies of life. Whatever the hell that is. And it's been explained differently a few times, so don't try and figure it out.

Gas clouds give Galactus gas.

Because it has to be LIFE ENERGY. Which is why all the worlds have living things on it. Which when broken down to it's most base form is HyperSpace. From HyperSpace all life and energy comes from. The Celestial are said to have more direct access to it, that's why they are more powerfull then the other Cosmic beings.

Although none of that MATTERS because Galactus is suppost to be using HyperStorm (Franklin Richards and Rachel Summers Son UBBER GODLIKE SON) as a perminent source of food. He was a living extention of HyperSpace. YET AGAIN, someone apperantly didn't read up before bringing the Big G back.

Obviously, he just got tired of eating the same food for the past 8 years' worth of continuity.

I propose that we give Hyperstorm a nickname. How about Hype?

Didn't Galactus die pretty much immediately after that? I would assume death would end that thing. And then he was alive again without much notice. But then, the period from right before Q's ascension to the throne was a tumultuous time that should probably be ignored for the most part.

... that should probably be ignored for the most part. The Pacheco/Marin/Loeb run on FF . . . yeah, I'm fine with that solution.

The big "G" can't simply die. He is the balance of the Universe. It's been said many times over. Not to mention throughout the entire multiverse he is unique. Singular. The only one there is. Like Rachel... Which if I, was Marvel would change about her.

Galactus can only metabolize the life energy of planets. He has attempted to get life energy from nebula & stars then transform the energy artificially from his world ship, Taa II, but could not do anything with the substance.

It's like asking, why do giraffes only eat plants?
