John Byrne - Manhatten in Space

Hey

I'm hoping some John Byrne fans out there can help me.
I need to find a comic where he has a villain take the island of Manhatten into space.

I know this is not a lot of info to go off of, but thats all I have at the moment.
While I am hoping to get a specific title + Issue #, any info would be appreciated

Terrax takes Manhattan Island in Earth's orbit to blackmail the Fantastic Four into killing Galactus:

However, Galactus returns Manhattan Island back to Earth with everyone on the island unharmed thanks to Thor, Iron Man, Spider-Man, & Daredevil. Galactus reverts Terrax back to Tyros as punishment & he nearly dies from his injuries. Frankie Raye becomes Galactus' new Herald, eventually taking the name Nova.
