I was always a fan of the Wonderman/Beast duo. They're not similiar (like Angel and Falcon for example), but I felt they complimented each other. And to me, that makes a better, more interesting partnership.

Daredevil and Punisher now that would be a good story. Spider-Man and Moon Knight. I loved their team up in MTU. Captain America and Winter Soldier just like the good ol' days.

The sheer ammount of slightly stealthy, hardkicking women in the Marvel U makes you wonder why there hasnt been a Marvel style 'Birds of Prey book' yet. I mean just off the top of my head:
