The Queen suddenly appears.

"Quickly, now is the time you must strike at Lillian. He forces, according to our scouts, approach our gates now. All of them. Now will be your opprotunity to sneak into the center of the forest and confront her while we deal with her minions."

Natalie fumbled her dagger and grew weak in the knees.

"N-NOW?! Mein Gottin!"

She paced back and forth in a nervous panic.

"Even with steel, strength, and the Goddess' favor...how many creatures? Just what will you be dealing with?"

Xing: The Goddess smiles, then leans over and kisses Xing.

"Fair thee well, my warrior."

With that, Xing finds himself falling into another time portal, the Goddess vanishing from his sight.

He finds himself laying on a broken and barren forest ground.

Xing stood up, surveying the area with his eyes, "Am I... back in the present? But.... what about the others?"

Remembering that he'd finally regained his Chi, Xing clasped his arms into a seal to better focus, and shouted, "Qi Gan!"

Kekowa/Xellos: Suddenly, a bright, shining figure descends from the sky. When the light fades, a white winged warrior floats in front of them. In one hand, a fiery sword, and in another, a glowing hoop.

"I am the Arc-Angel Michael."

Xellos waved a casual greeting,

"Yo Mikey! What's up dog?"

"Would you mind if I tried something? It's like my healing magic only slightly different." Tamiko went over to a fallen tree and sat down. She then motioned for Justin to join her there.

Tamiko looks up at Andros, then stands up again. To Justin, "It can wait till later." She then readies herself for their next lesson.

Jericho quickly hid behind a nearby blasted tree, and motioned for Ramon and Diachi to hide behind a nearby boulder.

Xing stood up, surveying the area with his eyes, "Am I... back in the present? But.... what about the others?"

Remembering that he'd finally regained his Chi, Xing clasped his arms into a seal to better focus, and shouted, "Qi Gan!"

Three energy signals, all very familiar, appear to your senses. They are about 200 yards into the dense, blasted forest.

He thumbed his chin as he looked out across the valley,

"Arthur Wellesley, The Duke of Wellington, is my personal favourite. He represented the best of the old world, the ideal of the British aristocrat. He took the conventional route and bought his way into the officer ranks, as was common at the time. Yet, unlike so many of his peers he proved very competent and able."

"He consistently beat the French forces in Europe, though he never engaged Napoleon directly till Waterloo. His strategies, though not perfect, were brilliant. The absolute cream of the old way of fighting, putting down Napoleon's revolutionary new tactics through superior application. Then went on to become prime minister."

Kekowa nodded in approval "Yes Patton was a great man and general. He once ordered a priest to write a prayer for good weather so he could march his army a hundred miles to fight. Strange enough it worked and he marched his troops for 100 miles nonstop without food or sleep and they Kicked Nazi Ass."

"As for Duke Wellington..." Before Kekowa could start a blinding light flahsed before his eyes and he saw...

I hope Xellos takes the hint and ham's it up Kekowa winked to Xellos and knelt down and bowed down to the angel Hands on the ground in front of him. "Oh magnificent warrior of heaven we are unworthy to gaze on your beauty. Praise be to god, let him show us the way home."

Man this sucks I bow down to no man but Divine beings are another story.

P.S. Yes, you can retract the wings. Just concentrate, and they'll slide back in with no obvious effort of appearance.

"Must mean were doing something to make him nervouse" Justin smirked then nodded. He then suddenly felt his wings retracting back until they were gone. Part of him sad and happy to see them dissapear but he soon relized he could still summon them.

"What do we need to learn next?".

Xing didn't bother to confirm the identity of the signals. He was releived as it is that he at least managed to find someone, and at not too great a distance as well. Deactivating his Qi Gan, Xing ran his way towards the three energy signals.

Django/Wei Levi/Julien: Nimue breaks Django's beast in half, and it disipates. With fierce, glowing eyes, she smiles. Her hands ignite in a fiery green magic and she advances towards the group.

As the last of Django's astral beast faded, Levi glanced to Arthur as energy surrounded him. Glancing back to Nimue he began to try and figure out some way of defeating her. Obviously her magic was quite powerful since it originated from Merlin, but it was doubtful she would let anyone close enough to see if her physical prowess was as good.

Xellos quickly chucked the silver box in his hand to the ground below, using some quick magic to bury it beneath the building.

He gave a two fingered salute,

"Thanks. I'll make sure to say a few thankful prayers."

In truth, Xellos was awed by the Archangel. His reaction to the emotion was humour.

Still...there was a slight nagging doubt,

"David said we had to journey back to the location whence we came to go back. Why are you appearing before us now?"

Kekowa got up but bowed again in his normal Japanese manner. "Thank you merciful angel. Praise be to God." Kekowa straightened his clothes and made sure his kodachi was secured to his back. He approched the portal about to step in when he steped aside and turned his head to Xellos

"Its your choice Xellos you wanna go first or shall I?"

As you can see from my earlier post, Xellos went a completely opposite route.;)

"Well, Captain," Django said. "I see no other way." He raised his sword. "We'll just have to face her head on."

"Seems so." He murmured. Allowing Wukong's staff to slip back into his sleeve, he chose to fight her hand-to-hand. Kicking off the ground, he lunged toward her, whipping forward his right knee to plant into her side.

Hunter nodded, drew his guns, and took up a position behind a broken wall, offering him cover.

"Ramus, guard Gui and make sure nothing happens to him. I'll take out what I can, then we'll trade placed. Keep a rotating shift going on as much as possible, udnerstand?"

"Time grows short, and when a door closes, a window opens. The Lord has business for you elsewhere, and I am here to make sure you get there quickly."

Xellos raised an eyebrow. This was their best chance of getting back to their own time in any reasonably short journey. They didn't have much room to negotiate.

"Very well."

An ice manacle shot forth from his arm, latching onto the Archangel and himself. The two were now joined together, Xellos using his mana to enforce the strength of the chains as much as possible.

He narrowed his eyes and explained,

"If you are truly an Archangel, you understand this will be temporary and I'll apologise afterwards. If you're some demon trying to deceive us, I'm pulling you into whatever hellhole you have in store for us."

With that, he stepped into the portal.

Power began to gather around Andros, buliding up to an immense amount.

He turned towards teh ocean, and then opened his mouth.

"Roc Scream!"

A wide beam of green energy ripped from his moth and plowed into the ocean, creating waves well over fourty feet high. After about 10 seconds, the blast died down, and Andros turned towards the two.

"That is the Roc Scream."

OOC: Well, if Kekowa were involved in the spy plot, Xellos would have apparently betrayed ALL of Arcadia.;)

Oh, and just consider that Xellos heard what Kekowa said, but doesn't really get what 'play' Kekowa wants him to back. He just follows after him with Archangel Michael cuffed to him.

Kekowa and Xellos fell through the portal and landed inside a nicely furnished room.

The furnishing were very similiar to the time period they had just left, only more royal.

A voice geeted them.

"Ah, I see you have arrived, just as I was told you would."

An older gentleman appeared, being in his mid-fourties. His hair was white, and his body lean. He wore regal white robes with gold trim. His eyes held much wisdom and intelligence.

Unnoticed by them, Forte saw Hunter and Ramus firing upon the oncoming horde. The stone burned red as he pointed it at them.

Django drew the sword out and raised it over his head to strike.

"Yes, Justin. It's an incomplete form of the Roc Scream. And no, Tamiko, large ammounts of energy are only needed for large blasts. Just concentrate your energy into your lungs, then your throat, and then into your mouth. Open your mouth, and then release the energy."

Justin decided to give it a try. His Ki pumping into his lungs, then up to his throat. Instad of allowing it to mix in his vocal cords. He pushed the energy into his mouth. There he let the Ki gain pressure and become dense until it was warm.

Opening his mouth, a dim blue light shot out and impacted against a large rock. Blowing the top half of the boulder off.

As Django slammed into him, Levi's vision edged with stars as the air was knocked from his lungs. Shaking his head to clear it up, he continued on as Nimue parried both Julien's and Arthur's attack. Chi gathered into one palm as he finally approached. Slamming his foot down to make a horse stance, Levi drove an open palm strike toward Nimue's stomach; the impact causing the familiar blast to erupt.

Forte caught the amulet. He held it up in the air and poured some of his magic into it.

The amulet began to glow with a green color, but still, didn't activate.

"Shit, hurry it up. We're getting swarmed down here!", Hunter cried as he and Ramus began giving ground to the beasts.

Justin decided to give it a try. His Ki pumping into his lungs, then up to his throat. Instad of allowing it to mix in his vocal cords. He pushed the energy into his mouth. There he let the Ki gain pressure and become dense until it was warm.

Opening his mouth, a dim blue light shot out and impacted against a large rock. Blowing the top half of the boulder off.

"Nicely done, Justin. Now narrow and tighten the beam and concentrate it like a laser. This will cut something more then blow it up."

As Django slammed into him, Levi's vision edged with stars as the air was knocked from his lungs. Shaking his head to clear it up, he continued on as Nimue parried both Julien's and Arthur's attack. Chi gathered into one palm as he finally approached. Slamming his foot down to make a horse stance, Levi drove an open palm strike toward Nimue's stomach; the impact causing the familiar blast to erupt.

Nimue, having knocked Julien and Arthur backm was caught unawres by Levi and was sent flying backward, a burn appearing on her stomache were her dress had burned away. Coughing up some blood, she narrowed her eyes and then slashed her swords, sending dozens of needle thin energy attacks at Levi.

"Not yet! Let Forte have a go at the damn amulet first!"

Hunter then looked on and his third eye opened wide and hellish black energy gathered around the tips of his guns.

"Duel Void Bullet!"

Black energy bullets ripped from his guns and tore chunks out of the approaching Zazi beasts and sub-humans.

Justin nodded and repeated the same steps again. Only this time once the energy was dense and he could feel the warmth of it. He began to compress it so the blast was more into a beam this time. Opening his mouth and releasing the beam.

The beam shot out, more green to it this time but stil generally blue. It cut into the boulder's middle and exploded on the other end.

"Eh" Justin scratched his neck. "Cutting into it a first then exploding while inside. Im half way there I guess. You give it a try Tamiko".

Having gotten to his feet, Django powerd up an Ice Sword and swung it at Nimue, yelling out a battle cry.

Nimue was able to avoid the blade, partially.

It cut into her shoulder slightly as she stumbled away. Cursing at her wound, she then converted her swords back into green bolts and began to hurl them at Django.

"Solomon, where have you been? I've missed you so......."

A beautifu woman, oozing power, beauty, and magical energies, appeared. She wore scanty clothing and several very expressive looking rubies, emeralds, and diamonds. She draped herself around Solomon, pouting.

Smiling at her, Solomon turned towarsd Kekowa and Xellos.

"Please, forgive my forgetfulness. Xellos, Kekowa, this is my wife, Makeda, the Queen of Sheba."

Smiling demurely, she glanced at the boys and smiled, revealing almost cat like teeth.

Kekowa kept his calm. He smiled at her and bowed in a European manner "A treat for thine eyes to behold, I am honored great Queen." He stood back up

The needles caught him by surprise, piercing through his flesh. Gritting his teeth, he struggled to his feet after being forced down to a knee from the barrage, his glasses slipping off to reveal those cold sharp eyes.

Suddenly, he found that he could only see darkness. Arthur, Django, the ruins of the home, plains, all were gone; all save for Nimue and what seemed to be paths of energy around her and coming from her as she seemed to be blasting at someone. Charging forward, Levi drew back a hand, preparing to punch her across the face.

Django swung his blade and manage to deflect two bolts, but the third struck his shoulder, leaving his left arm numb. Roaring like an angered wolf, Django raised his sword with his remaining arm and attacked her, no longer caring about defending himself.

Despite himself, smirk formed as chi gathered into his palm. Kicking off the ground, he descended, driving an open palm strike against Nimue's face, thus igniting the blast of chi upon impact.

Solomon's aura, a shining white, suddenly appeared. He closed his eyes, and in his hands formed a round shape, roughly the size of a suacer. On it were holy runes and writings in the Language of the Birds, the first language ever spoken.

"This is the Seal of Solomon. It has the power to seal anything away, no matter it's strength, forever. It is unblockable, and undefendable. However, it can only be used once. Please, use it wisely."

Solomon reached out and handed the Seal to Kekowa.

Makeda then smiled, more friendly this time.

"My gift is to you, Xellos Raveneye. Long ago, Atlantis fell, and with it, much magical knowledge. However, some of that knowledge was preserved. I know bestow it unto you."

With a flick of her hands, and a mumbled spell, a sack of scrolls appeared in her hands. She then handed the sack to Xellos.

He could see them! He could see the paths of chi as she fired them; it was as if a veil had been pulled away from his eyes. With a mere swing of his arm, the needles of energy suddenly scattered and he lunged back at her, a fist ready to strike her yet again.

He had no idea how he could see nothing but her and her chi, yet for some reason, he didn't care. Levi had come across this mindset before yet, to his horror, it felt good this time.

Tamiko nodded, then placed her hands together in front of her, as if in prayer and closing her eyes. Centering her magical energy into her chest, then her lungs, she felt the pressure build up. Focusing the energy now into her throat, she opened her eyes, then her mouth. A beam of pure white energy came out, hitting the boulder she was aiming at. Where it hit, that section of the boulder seemed to dissapear, no explosions, just vanished.

Seeing what she did, Tamiko looked embarrased knowing that she had done something wrong.

OOC: Officially, a combo of stress, the smell of blood and ambient magic getting to his head, and the pain of having his arm messed up by Nimue's blast.

For practical purpouses, it allows him to try to kill Nimue without his sense of honor getting in the way.

Kekowa looked on to the rune then placed it under his shirt to keep it safe.

Maybe I can get Xellos to decipher it later. I already know 2 top canidates for this mighty weapon. Solarius and Alexia's father Alexander Descoza. But who do I use it on? A great power has been handed to me I must choose wisely.

OOC: We really havent fought much in our RP. I have but Xellos hasnt, most of the others have been in great battles. Im not complaining I made Goliath quake in fear but still it just seems where getting left out of the fighting and we might not get as many points. Any big plans for Keko and Xellos?

He could see them! He could see the paths of chi as she fired them; it was as if a veil had been pulled away from his eyes. With a mere swing of his arm, the needles of energy suddenly scattered and he lunged back at her, a fist ready to strike her yet again.

He had no idea how he could see nothing but her and her chi, yet for some reason, he didn't care. Levi had come across this mindset before yet, to his horror, it felt good this time.

Nimue, backing away in fear, brought forth a magic barrier, which managedt o repeal levi's attack, but Django's cut right through it, and almost her, if she hadn't dove out of the way at the last moment.

Julien and Arthur were back on her again, blades flashing. She screamed as Julien stabbed her in her shoulder, then blasted him away and into Levi. Arthur took over and began pressing her back with his blade offensive.

Peering about, she was concerned for everybody had limited time. The Amazons' diversion would only last so long against the mother of all demons.

And then she looked at the spear she had taken. Laying down the small shield she had in her left hand for a moment, she gripped the spear with both hands and focussed her psionic ability to glean its physical memory from it.

First she had seen it had been used, not in phalanxes as she imagined, but in cavalry rushes. A simple and deadly weapon, used skillfully it ended confrontations easily by merit of range.

Further analysis showed that in the initial shock of battle, the bronze leaf-shape blade at the tip was without equal. Long enough to keep the enemy at bay, strong enough to absorb shock from the blows. Through various campaigns and various wielders it had triumphed.

However gleaning further back, it would seem the memory of the spear contained a method of fighting that seemed somehow familiar.

Taking a stance, Natalie closed her eyes and let the memory consume her. Slowly she began to go through some gentle motions (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pfB2Djimrok&feature=related), as if possessed.

He landed somewhat grace fully. He looked over and then to Xellos "What do you see?"

There, in the distance, stood a giant. Over fourty feet tall, it towered over the buildings. It's appearnce and outfit was similiar to the classic Djinn outfits one sees on TV and in books, and from it's hands it shot beams of pure energy, obliterating anything it touched.

Another shadowy figure slammed into him; this would bearing the distinct pains of one wearing armor; making him the last of his comrades that Nimue has flung at him. Apparently, she was running out of ideas now that she knew her stolen magic wouldn't work on him

OOC: Hey GG you here? Unfortunitly I have to work tomorrow instead of being off like a normal monday, so I would need you to ghost for kekowa in about 40 minutes maybe an hour. Could you do it?

Tamiko nodded and smiled.

"Thanks Andros" Justin smiled, taking a little comfort in the but not alot.

"Heheheheh, your pathetic" a voice, mixed with the growls of a feral hound of somekind. Came from the back of Justin's mind as the venom flared up a little.

Justin shook his head briefly then listened but simply heard the voices were gone.
