OOC: Well, you also need to consider that it'd be quite inoppurtune to hunt in the night. Children will usually be at their home by then, and hunting in their territory is VERY risky.

However, more often than not, that means that one will have to hunt in the daylight, which is also risky but less so than actually entering their territory.

Kekowa was taken aback just a bit. "Well, hehe, Nat's just a friend. She is a cool person, but I have no other interest other than a good friend."

Kekowa blushed "I like you," he blurted out "thats why I asked you out. Im not the sort of guy that goes around trying to pick up multipule women. I see a gorgeous, smart, and interesting person and I go after them."

Kekowa looked down at his feet feeling slightly embarrassed "If you still dont want to go out I understand, I just well" He stammered then looked up at Kagura with a grin "I just want to treat you to a night out. You deserve it. if you dont want it to be a date it doesnt have to be, but it would be nice." Kekowa said finnaly

"I'm bored!" Emory shouted, nimbly backfliping onto a tree, before jumping off it, into the air. He avoided Deans Vaccum wave by inches.

The poor tree, wasnt so lucky. Deans wave collided into the tree, neatly cutting it in twain, before vanishing.

"Then cant you go jogging or something?!?" Dean shouted towards the airborne man.


"At my age, battle is the only thing with any excitement!" he shouted, pointing his blade towards Deans head as he descended, aimed towards his heart.

Is everybody here so fucking wierd?!?!

Dean withdrew his own blade from his sheate with such force, the leaves around him blew away violently.

He thrusted his blade towards his opponents, aiming to reflect the blow.

The swords rang as the clashed against each other.
OOC: Once again, pre-Solarius. I think...

"You fucking psycho." Dean said, pushing Emory's sword back with his own. "I barely know your name, and you're trying to kill me."

Rather than respond, Emory quickly parried Dean's blade. When an opening in Dean's defense was made, he quickly introduced his boot to Deans face, causing Dean to flip backwards from the momentum.

Dean, however, managed to regain his footing as he landed, and bashed into Emory with the side of his shoulder, sending him skidding backwards a good twenty feet.

"Yes! Yes!" Emory shouted enthuastically. "Show me your fighting spirt!" He put his blade back into his gigantic golf bag, and pulled out a pair of nunchucks, beginning to spin them at great speeds.

"How bout I show you my foot up your ass?" Dean said, jumping backwards, sheathing his sword.

Dean quickly picked up the sheared half of a tree he created earlier, and with a grunt, disrooted it from the earth.

With a shout, he swung the tree at Emory. Unfortunately, Emory, decided to do something Dean just didnt see coming.

He jumped onto the tree, running towards Dean quickly, Nunchuckus swings at a blazing speed.

Oh fuck. was what Dean thought, as the man came within striking distance of his face, and swung.

Dean flew back as Emory's Nunchuku collided into his face with great force, dropping his makeshift weapon, and falling flat on his ass.

'Your spirit is made of fail!!!!" Emory shouted, standing on the tree, slowly twirling his Nunchukus. "You are not worthy as an opponent!!!"

"Man." Dean said, rising to his feet, brushing himself off. "You come out of a comic book or something."

Unfortunately, Emory was not one for combat banner, jumping high into the air, intent on smashing Dean over the head with his Nunchuku.

Forunately, for Dean, Emory had left his big bag of of Weapons lying around on the floor, and Dean had been lucky enough to land next to it.

Dean simply looked at Emory as he descened towards the ground, with a battle scream so loud, Dean could barely resist wincing. He put one of his hands on Emorys golf bag.

And slammed in into Emorys face. Hard. Emory spun through the air in a corkscrew violently landing on the floor.

Before he could do anything else, Dean began slamming the Big Bag Of Weapons, onto Emory's back repeatedly.

"You asshole!" *WHAM*

"All I wanted to do was get some air!" *WHAM*

"But no! You come out here trying to kill me! *WHAM*

"And now look at you! Getting your ass beat by your own-GAH!"

Dean had been interupted by Emory managing to throw dust in his eyes.

"You dropped your guard!" Emory shouted, tripping Dean, causing him to land face first into a nearby tree.

Emory began breathing heavily, recovering from Deans assult. Not a second later, he got up, ran, and with a shout, kicked Dean heads with all the force he could muster.

He did so with such power, a great portion of the trees trunk was broken.

He then walked back, and for some reason, only known to him, he kicked Dean in his ass, sending him flying a good thirty feet.

"AHAHAHAHAHA!" He shouted, laughing at his own actions, clapping his hands in appriciation.

Dean, by contrast, Didnt find anything funny. Rising to his feet with a groan, he wiped the trickling drops of blood off his face, and gingerly rubbed his left butcheek, which was the unfortunate victim of Emory's cold blooded attack.

Speaking of Emory, he was on the floor, laughing violently at Dean's misfortune. Tears fell from his eyes, and he was unable to even move.

Dean couldnt believe his luck. He was getting tired of this game, quickly.

He sprinted towards Emory's body, now in a fetal position.

Gatalin runs towards the ball, will he be able to make the field goal?!?

Emory saw Dean coming, but he was still immobolized by laughter. He tried to rise, to move, to do something...

But the image of his introducing his foot to Dean's ass still played vividly. He began laughing more violently then before. Helpless

He did. With a shout, Dean kicked Emory's ribs with awesome force, launching him into the sky.

Emory's only response, was manical laughter, as he sailed over a building. A second later, there was a loud thud, and frightened screaming of the masses.

"It's good! It's good! Gatlain wins the game!" Dean said, jumping into the air in celebration.

"Is there anything you cant do, Mr. Gatlain?" He asked himself. Dean jumped to one side, pretending to be talking to another person.

"What kind of stupid question is that?!?" He shouted to his invisible interviewer. "I'm Dean Gatlain." He flexed his right bicep with great vigor. "I can do anything."

He then walked back towards his destination, humming a jaunty tune as he did.

Kelly walked out of the locker room, his face wearing his trademark scowl that many of the students of Arcadia have come to know. His eyes, on the other hand, shown with rage. His body also was rigid with anger as he made his way into main hallway, and back to were the Dragon Dorm students were gathering.

"Hey boss" a voice called from behind him.

Kelly looked over his shoulder to see Wilks, Willy, Robert, Matsumoto, and Jason standing behind him, all of them with their swords drawn. There faces devoid of the usual joking, or lazy look, but replaced with looks of trained killers.

"You know what to do" he said.

All of the nodded be fore vanishing from sight. Kelly looked a head, and went to rejoin Dragon Dorm to watch the final fight of this tournament.

Kekowa smiledAt last a true warriors contest! Kekowa grabbed his kodachi sword by the long sheath and held it before him. "I mearly wanted to see if you where a great a fighter as you seemed. That and no one insults me like that and gets away with it." Kekowa with a mighty thrust planted his kodachi in the ground "I will even give you a handicap, now dont you feel better?"

Kekowa without warning planted his foot to the ground, but unlike the last time it was at full force causing a big crater and a major crack in the ground as a massive shockwave moved to hit Janos.

Kekowa raced after he knew the shockwave would strike Yes now he is off guard the perfect time to strike! Kekowa lept but did not leap for janos instead he planted his hands in the ground causing another rumble and spung his feet up to meet Janos's face

Ilias sighed, murmuring wordlessly to himself, before deciding to simply sit in one of the seats up here; besides, the very top of the stands was very breezy and cooling.

Of course, it was even nicer that it was totally empty, currently.

Ilias took a seat, his legs splayed on the stairs, nodachi in hand, his head leant back against the seat directly behind him. Snarls and howls drifted from the far edges of his mind.

This would certainly be an interesting match; finally, we would all see who was the strongest Dorm.

Kekowa smiledAt last a true warriors contest! Kekowa grabbed his kodachi sword by the long sheath and held it before him. "I mearly wanted to see if you where a great a fighter as you seemed. That and no one insults me like that and gets away with it." Kekowa with a mighty thrust planted his kodachi in the ground "I will even give you a handicap, now dont you feel better?"

Kekowa without warning planted his foot to the ground, but unlike the last time it was at full force causing a big crater and a major crack in the ground as a massive shockwave moved to hit Janos.

Kekowa raced after he knew the shockwave would strike Yes now he is off guard the perfect time to strike! Kekowa lept but did not leap for janos instead he planted his hands in the ground causing another rumble and spung his feet up to meet Janos's face

His eyes widened with excitement at the thunderous crack Kekowa's opening move resounded with, but then receded into calmness as he went to work. The smile, however, never left his face.

OOC; sorry wit my dur at 4 one hit aint going to do it.;) Also Im twice as fast as you, even with skill maxed and your very mild pre-cog it gives you, you should maybe match Keko's speed, maybe, but not surpass. Not to nitpick but yaknow.

Redirecting the momentum of the shockwave Kagura flipped threw several ofuda and landed gracefully.

The invisible force succeeded in its purpose causing 'Xing' to lose momentary balance. Luckily, 'Xing' was nothing if not competent, and landing on his right foot, shifting his weight to maintain the proper balance, 'Xing' was once again on his feet.

Not a second later, 'Xing' had his Dao drew out. Strangely enough, if one were at all familiar with the variety of sword stances, 'Xing's stance seemed like one more fitting of a Jian than a Dao. That did not matter as 'Xing' brought his Dao down, in what would appear to be thin air. In fact, a thin layer of Chi was being fired out from the blade flying right at Bell.

OOC: Cleric, tell me when it's okay for Xing to mutate.

OOC: Ah, but. his Agilty = 5. Janos can react at Spiderman/Iron Fist level speeds. If Kekowa's agility = 2, that means Janos' handspeed is far faster. Besides, under the jaw is a rather tender area. But whatever.

A lesser man would have cowed at the sight of a ten ton slab of rock. However, from the strain on Kekowa's face, Janos merely took mental notes.

So that's your limit. Interesting. However lifting such a weight in the middle of battle? Wasteful.

And so without further ado, Janos dashed toward Kekowa, and leapt to the side as he brought the rock down. Not wasting any time with banter, the look on his face said it all.

With his guard down, Janos then snapped out three quick flicker jabs at Kekowa's eye.

Twisting in mid air, he formed a 3/4 open palm with his left hand and swung it upwards, moving with his own out of control rotation.

The ground where she stood on was suddenly enveloped by a huge hand, which closed around her trying to crush the life out of her.

The attack was powerful, but slow, and Bell managed to jump out of the fist before it closed around her. With a single flick of her wrist, the ice fist was demolished by a ki attack.

Natalie sat, hands tensed over her face in bewilderment, as she watched the battle unfold across various planes of vision.

She had never so much as spoken to Peter, but she did see him fight before. That even he would be blown back so easily was a testament unto itself. And if she could do that to him, what of the others?

"So fast...so strong...mein Gott, this is a massacre..."

"We need a concrete plan, Raveneye."

"Xellos Raveneye, Peter, Xing, and Vice-Captain Kagura Ise-Smith, please report to the arena. The final match will now take place."



Bell Uruld stepped into the arena, her snow white hair drifting about her head. Her glaive lay in her hands, and she had no emotion or expression on her face.

Kado turns to his and to Chin's teachers, "Mr. Gilliam," then to the other, "Sir, may Chin and I go watch the next fight?"

"Go ahead, but remember to study it carefully, I may quiz you on it later." Gregory, giving Kado the look of a teacher giving out a clas assignment.

"Yes, of course." Kado then turns to Chin, "Are you coming?"

Rolling as he landed, Xellos replied,

"Intriguing idea, lend me the chi."

'Xing' made no response, deciding to allow his next actions to serve as his answer. Running to Xellos' side, 'Xing' held open his palm. In his mind's eye, chi bombs began to form on each finger. Charging them to maximum power, 'Xing' stuck the invisible explosives onto Xellos.

"Make sure you're no where near them when I set them off."

OOC: Ah, but. his Agilty = 5. Janos can react at Spiderman/Iron Fist level speeds. If Kekowa's agility = 2, that means Janos' handspeed is far faster. Besides, under the jaw is a rather tender area. But whatever.

A lesser man would have cowed at the sight of a ten ton slab of rock. However, from the strain on Kekowa's face, Janos merely took mental notes.

So that's your limit. Interesting. However lifting such a weight in the middle of battle? Wasteful.

And so without further ado, Janos dashed toward Kekowa, and leapt to the side as he brought the rock down. Not wasting any time with banter, the look on his face said it all.

With his guard down, Janos then snapped out three quick flicker jabs at Kekowa's eye.

Kekowa reeled from the blows. A bit of blood trickled from his head but its wasnt much also a bruise started to form but not a big one.

Kekowa began running circles around Janos at superhigh speeds causing many after-images. "Hahaha, your so slow can you even see the real me?" Kekowa loved mocking mid-battle. "How can you fight what you cannot hit? Hahaha"

Kekowa raced untill their was a sea of images all around Janos Then he raced for Janos himself at his left side. Images all around him Janos couldn't possible see him. Kekowa reared his fist back ready to strike Janos in the face as he put an arm in front of his face to guard but not obstructing his vision. He launched his attack...

A barrier snapped up around Bell, holding the increased gravity attack off. Her eyes narrowing at the sight of Peter sweating, she then, with a snap, pushed her own energy back against his and blew his attack away, knocking him back again.

Peter was thrown back into the same crater as before, breathing heavily as he landed in it. He frowned, watching the massive cracks formed in the arena from all the previous fights. Another massive shadow slithered from Peter's blade, but this one made it's way into the cracks.

Peter directed it's movements until it was in a crack directly beneath Bell, before it erupted upwards, wrapping around her ankles and attempting to consume her.

This tournament, after all, is all about us finding the strongest amongst us, yes? Norn is all about individual strength, and the rest of us are varying degrees of certain other types. Dragon is about coordination and friendship, and if it makes one stronger having them.

Or at least, I think so. It seems as if the Dorms are simply experiments to find what type of environment produces the best warriors."

The anticipation, the danger, and the heat of the struggle. A malicious grin spread across the Lion Captain's face, of pure joy.

Then Kekowa launched his attack, twelve tons of force shot out into a fist as fast as a bullet, and it struck true.

But something would feel off. There was no weight behind the impact.

At the last second, Janos had rolled his head along the punch, greatly lessening his impact, though, he cut his lip on his teeth.

"Hmm hmm hmm..."

That taste. It drove him wild.

"HRRRAAAANNNNGGHHH!!!"

With his snarl, Janos bashed his right elbow into the cuts above Kekowa's eye, then as he flinched, brought his head down hard against his nose.

Dean had started to object to Ilias's statement, but quickly stoped, when he he realized he did have a point. Dean wouldnt feel satisfied if he knew his oppponents holding back.

Sure, he would have won, which should always be the objective of any battle, but there would always be that lingering doubt in his mind.

Dean winced as Bell assaulted Kagura. Part of him (The weaker part) had a slight impulse to run down and help her. It was a reflex Dean wasnt used to, causing him to twitch slightly as he resisted it.

Dean knew it wasnt his place to fight anyones battles, and felt dissapointed in himself for even considering such a thing, even for a second.

Besides, He didnt think Kagura would appriciate him running to her rescue everytime she got a scratch.

He certainly would have been insulted, and took it for an obvious lack of faith in his abilities, if someone kept running to his rescue when things got tough.

With a sigh, Dean relaxed back into his chair, focused on the match.

Kekowa took the opportunity fate had granted him, Janos was in to close too counter. With Janos in close, he formed his hands into a club and brought it down on Janos's neck.

A sudden flop sound was heard, and from the depths of the crater rose Bell.

Her left arm was broken, and her right leg could be seen fractured in at least seven places, bones sticking out of her once pale, now ruined skin. Her left leg was badly skinned and burned, but still supporting her.

Natalie too had wondered where the Norn Captain had gone to, and so watched the fight through spiritual vision. Any and all presences in the arena, their true natures - if unfettered by wards, anyway - would be visible to her. Spirits and magical presences made themselves known, twisting colorful visions from beyond the veil.

As her eyes passed over Xing, however, something seemed very wrong about him. She couldn't quite place it, but somewhere between an unfamiliar chi flow and an odd psionic blip seemed wrong.

'Xing' had been alive too long to be shocked at such sights. Indeed, as he deactivated his Qi Gan, 'Xing' wore a bemused expression on his countenance.

"She survived that, huh? But then, I wouldn't think that a Captain would be able to go out just like that." 'Xing' decided to test how much she had left in her and slashed once more, sending a Chi Blast in her direction, "Yi Qie"

Peter, however, merely scowled, summoning three more shadow creatures, content just to stay at the edge of the arena, pumping them into the ground, where they attacked from the shadows.

Two attacked from the air, the third slithering through the cracks in the ground, attempting to enter Bell's body through her horrendous wounds.

"See?" Django said, more to himself then to anyone else. "See why I surrendered? They seriously expected me to fight that by myself?"

Kekowa took the opportunity fate had granted him, Janos was in to close too counter. With Janos in close, he formed his hands into a club and brought it down on Janos's neck.

Her left arm was broken, and her right leg could be seen fractured in at least seven places, bones sticking out of her once pale, now ruined skin. Dean looked at Bell, cleary shocked. He had known of her ability to regenerate, but to be so badly damaged, and yet so calm.

It was impressive, to say the least.

Her wounds would have been fatal, on anyone else, but she didnt seem concerned.

The figure in black chuckled, leaning forward in interest at this most recent development.

Peter, however, merely scowled, summoning three more shadow creatures, content just to stay at the edge of the arena, pumping them into the ground, where they attacked from the shadows.

Two attacked from the air, the third slithering through the cracks in the ground, attempting to enter Bell's body through her horrendous wounds.

Is this an illusion? No human can be that injured and still stand.

He continued glancing around furtively, but sent a mist cloud down to her. If she were real, she'd make an impression.

Having been moved from the infirmary to the stands by an irritated Angelique, Ike was watching the battle when this happened.

He withdrew his shadow creatures back into his sword, and instead, concentrated on his right palm, where a small, black, dot began to form, steadily growing larger.

Peter was tired, so he could not summon a black hole as large as he would have liked, but he half stumbled half ran forward anyway, attempting to reach the cocoon and destroy it before Bell could finish her transformation.

Immediately, it began leaching energy off of him.

For as long as I can, I will use my time here to work towards completing the training of Kado and his sister Tamiko."

Peter was knocked backwards and he lay on his back, losing control of the black hole. It spiraled into the center of the arena, where it sat, sucking everything towards it. The arena was the savior of the day, the black hole swallowing a massive portion of it before it dissipated.

Peter struggled to stand, supporting the majority of his weight with his sword, "...damn."

Smirking, 'Xing' once again created 5 full-powered Chi Bombs, but this time placed them on his Dao's blade. "Xing's going to be disappointed when he sees this, but all for the sake of the battle."

'Xing' rushed forward and it looked as if he were about to pierce the barrier again, but this time, he skidded to a stop and lunged the Dao towards the barrier. Just as they were about to reach the barrier, 'Xing' snapped his fingers, resulting in a massive explosion where the Dao was.

Janos managed to turn about in the air to his feet, but regardless smashed into the rock, the impact reducing the stone to rubble and dust. He stood with his feet entrenched in rock, his knees haven taken most of the impact, but the dark fire burning in his twisted eyes still burned.

'Xing' clutched his head as he stumbled around the arena, groaning in unimaginable pain. Just as suddenly as it'd happen, it stopped. For those sensitive of hearing, they'd know that 'Xing's' heart would appear to have stopped. For a few seconds, Xing's body was limp.

Then a giant claw appeared to pierce out of his chest, and a demonic screech filled the stadium air. Another claw followed, crimson-red like the first. Two dark horns seemed to come in between them as Xing's body seemed to be enveloped by the sheer mass of the being within him.

A few seconds later, a head and a torso followed and by then, Xing's body would've appeared to be completely engulfed by the dark portal from which the beast appeared. Two gigantic wings were foleded on the beast's back as it's legs finally appeared. Crouching for a moment, the beast then stood up to a full 20-feet-tall and screeched loudly.

Clenching his fists, a faint, bluish glow fringed with red began to creep among his hands. Then that smile returned.

"Now I'll show you how I earned this medallion!"

The Beast seemed more curious than anything at first. Cocking it's head as it's crimson orbs were fixed onto where Bell once stood. For a moment, it would appear as if it chose to do nothing.

Then suddenly, it's prescence wavered from the air, and the being of unlimited chi formed behind Bell, one foot raised intent on crushing Bell.

OOC: Just as a note, due to its nature as a being made completely of Chi, The Beast (as I'll refer to it for now) cannot be harmed by physical attacks, unless there is some chi medium to transfer said attacks.

As the rock dashed forward, before it impacted on him, a section near the bottom suddenly burst out into crumbles.

Janos slowly stepped out behind it, clapping his hands in a slow, mocking rhythm.

"'Sparring Match' indeed, Queen Bitch of Tokyo," he laughed,"Your sheer strength and footspeed, top notch, admirable even."

He then shook the dust out of his hair, and his face reverted to a deadly serious calm.

"That was no test of skill in hand to hand combat on honorable terms. That was a desperate attempt to kill, wasn't it?"

Clenching his fists, a faint, bluish glow fringed with red began to creep among his hands. Then that smile returned.

"Now I'll show you how I earned this medallion!"

OOC: okay, now brb in about a half hour.

Kekowa half grinned "Thank you for the complement. But not for the insult." Kekowa's face turned into a blankness of emotion "I do not kill. And I doubt that would have killed you anyway. In all my battles I have not taken a single human life. Im only doing whats nessecary to battle a psycho."

Kekowa's feet implanted themselfs into the ground and the force of his aura began to crumble the earth around him. "Now you will see why the mighty Yakuza feared me so and why in their fear they call me The Demon King!" Kekowa charged fist reared back ready to strike.

OOC: Xing has some genetic problem that is gonna eventually kill him. I'm not sure if it's because of what the healer did to him, but he can transform into this thing under stress.

OOC: Falcon more or less has it right, although stress isn't the only thing that triggers the transformation. Either way, I'm not planning on him transforming into this at any point again.
