We've gone through the portal, arrived in a mountain range. We entered the village, but exited when a wolf attacked with a psychic howl. We fought a bit, but now we're trying to negotiate. Meanwhile, Xellos and Vakanais' relationship is taking a turn towards the antagonistic.

Instead of merely manifesting ghostly arms, now, with great concentration, she made a veritable web in a thirteen meter radius around Franer, taking care to avoid Hunter and Xellos.

If there are any sudden moves, he will have nowhere to burrow; I will cast the Zerstauben and turn the snow to combustion. Then, when he is distracted, Henry will be primed to attack it mentally.

The first is, that since it mentally touched every one of us, it had spotted the unpleasant will between Xellos and yourself, and felt it need do nothing but empathically impose itself as you two would presumably attack each other, Natalie replied, oddly matter-of-fact-like and without a tone of snark.

The other is that Franer is not alone here, and since we may be hard pressed to take his body, much less his mind, down, he is merely waiting to share his lauded catch.

The wolf's breath tainted the air as its jaw hung, panting and bobbing its tongue in and out, gazing into the air with a mixture of hostility and placid stupidity.

"I'm worried about the third possible reason you failed to mention. Mental vampirism. I've heard of spirit creatures that can attack your mind and leave you like this. Or a failed demonic possesion. Or it attempted to use a very bad spell and accidentally lost it's soul. Long story short, maybe big bad wolf isn't the most dangerous threat on this mountain."

Justin jumped into the air with Tamiko to avoid the tremor and then landed. Setting her down, he charged his Ki fist and kicks and sprinted forward as fast as he could. Slidding inbetween the golems legs and getting behind it. He leaped into the air and then kicked the golem in the neck with a full power Ki Kick.

Then jumping back and getting some distance from the golem.

The earth shook as spider-web like cracks shot beneath Levi's feet before the tremor struck. Thrown off his feet, he threw his hands forward and caught him and with a push, he was back up. "We need to find its weakness, something like this has to have an energy source to animate it." He said to the others and without another word, he charged toward the golem, intend on distracting it at least. With his chi fully unlocking his body's potential, his punches should at least make cracks it...or so he hoped as the first brutal punch was brought against its left kneecap.

Dean hadnt put any actuall forethought into defending Rhia, and as his body moved, his mind had yelled in protest. The Reason for which became more and more valid as the seconds went by.

Best case scenario, In Deans mind, resulted in giving the dragon a nasty scrath. The Dragon, being a baby, would stop and cry in agony upon recieving a boo-boo. It would then get mad, and attempt to eat Dean, seconds before eating Rhia.

The worse case scenario, had the Dragon charging right through Deans attack, the minor wound being beneath his notice, and colliding with Dean with such intensity, he was knocked through a Cave wall, unconcious. Not being awake to witness Rhia, his crew, and his own subsequent demise.

Hitting the Dragon with such overwelming force that it it was lauched towards the back of the cave, had never even occured to him.

After contemplating on how he managed to accomplish such a feat, he had his answer.

"My strength truly has no limits! Even I, the master of my body had no idea that I could harness such awesome power!" Dean plunged his sword into the ground, and flexed both his biceps.

IC: As the Tornado Cannon attack ended, Tamiko retreaved her spear, transforming it into a double bladed weapon. Levitateing it above her head, she made some new hand signs. The air around her began to swirl, and the psychic spear above her head spun around with ever increasing speed. The sharp blade of the spear coupled with the power of the whirlwind, created a different type of tornado. Using her magic, she lifted the whirlwind up and sent it tearing it's way to the golem.

The Tornado Cannon ripped into teh golem, knocking it back and cracking it slightly.


Then, Levi's palm strike also cracked it, again, making the crack about three inches in length now.

Getting behind the Golem. Justin powered his fire atack into his right hand as much as he could. Once his right hand was glowing a bright dark red. He released the fire at the golems back hoping to melt into it.

If you can provide us with the stone we shall be happy to help you in any way we can. We are small and can fit in places poor Franer cannot get into. We have a wealth of pyschic and magical abilities at our disposal. And we have thumbs. Perhaps there is a treasure you desire? Maybe a town you wish to see demolished but that Franer cannot reach? We will do this in exchange for the stone." Xellos, what's the plan? He's eventually going to figure out I refuse to hurt people.

Franer's controlling mind sneered, then blasted Henry back via a mental surge, almost knocking the Savage brother out.

With that, Franer lurched forward, faster then any of them could see, and grabbed Sirius's leg in it's maw, ready to rip it off.

Xellos, treading lightly over the snow as Hunter rescued Sirius, placed a hand over the wolf's head with his eyes closed, warming it to aid blood circulation to its brain.

He opened his eyes, raising his voice with each passing second, trying to draw out its mind with fire and passion.

"Good job you two!" He shouted as he leaped back, his Xuán Wu Palm seemingly doing little more than make the crack he was working on just a slight bit larger. Attacking two separate times wasn't working for the resistance of the stone was restored right after impact. He would have to try combining two punches into one.

Greenish mist-like wisps began to drift from his right forearm as he concentrated all of his chi into that limb. The muscles of his arm bulked up beneath the sleeve of his cheongsam. To achieve the full potential of his punching speed, he would need it all. Dashing forward, arm reared back, he came to a halt, feet stomping into the basic horse stance as his limb launched forward. Should his fist connect, it would be struck by the knuckles first, disrupting the stone's resistance. Drawing his fist back just barely he struck yet again, this time with the rest of his fist.

To a normal person witnessing the attack, it would have appeared to be one punch though to the trained eyes of his classmates, it would have appeared that right after the first he had seemingly struck again with what martial artist Bruce Lee had coined as the one-inch punch.

Ramus then blitzed it, pounding it with everything he had, sonic booms smacking into it. The blows were pushing it back. Ramus then flipped back as Levi powered through and delievered his double punch.

"There's our spot, attack it with everything you have!" Though almost devoid of his available chi, Levi had enough for one final attack. Charging toward the golem once more, chi began to build within both palms, concentrated into two small orbs of dark green. Leaping upward, his body twisted until he was upside down when he reached the golem's upper half. Driving both palms against the golem's chest, the twin blasts of green energy erupted against the stone torso.

Justin smirked at this and ran over to Tamiko. "Lets try our attack one more time on that exposed spot" he said.

"Okay, lets" Tamiko said, nodding in agreement. Justin began powering his Ki Tornado while Tamiko powered her Water Cannon to the their max. Once each felt it was powered up enough. They gave each other a hint they were ready and fired at the same time near the exposed spot on the Golem's chest, using Tornado Cannon.

His body slammed into Ramus and Selma's, the trio flying back from the monk turned projectile. "Sorry about that." He said to the both of them as he got up, a small wince crossing his visage. Unfortunately, he had used up the last of his chi, so looks like he had to rely on his physical strength.

"Hey Rocky! We're not done yet!" Came a voice from behind the golem, but by the time it was heard, Ramus had already struck with a swift kick upside the golem's head. Flipping backwards in the air, Ramus landed near the charging Levi...or rather on his shoulders. Once the golem turned to face his attacker (if it did, anyway) Ramus leaped into the air, using the monk's shoulders as a spring board. Spinning the air, he came down, heel driving towards the exposed stone. At the exact same moment, Levi had hopped off the ground, twisting at the hips to drive his own heel near the very same spot in a leaping back kick.

"Here goes nothing.." he growled as he sprinted forward as fast as he could and slashed at the chest of the golem with all his might.

"Xellos, use your magic! Energy is energy, take down the ice wall and put up a shield that keeps energy out!" Hunter shouted. "My psychic shield and your magic shield might break the spirit's hold on him!"

Under the barrage from Ramus, Selma, Levi, and now Justin, teh Golem fell back, opening it up to another slash from Tamiko, who opened teh cehst cavity even more.


The Stone of Earth could clearly be seen in the creatures chest.

Dean narrowly avoided the fire, and could feel the heat radiating onto his body with such fury, he wasnt sure he had avoided it completely. As he landed, he noticed Kekowa, who had been knocked away by the fire blast.

If he was going to put his mind and body through the pain brought on by firing the Demon Void spell he would make sure not to half ass it. "Greetings from Arcadia, punk."

Xellos returned to his ice board, turning and sliding till he somesaulted across the escape path of the spirit. Combining fire magic in his right hand with ice in his left, he brought his palsm together and loosed a steam blast, hurling it back towards Fafners' gaping jaws.

The spirit dodged, barely, and zig-zagged around Xellos after sending a blast his way, trying to keep ahead of Hunter and Franer.

Hunter shouted in a strained and ragged voice, placing all his magic power into the dark bullet as it sped off, pushed forward at full force with a surge of chi and pyschic power, guiding it with telekinesis. If he was going to put his mind and body through the pain brought on by firing the Demon Void spell he would make sure not to half ass it. "Greetings from Arcadia, punk."

The beast, having just dislodged Kekowa, screamed as the blade cut, not too deeply, into it's belly.


With a shriek, it jerked away and smashed Dean aside with it's tail. Then hit him again, with it, smashing him further into the wall.

Crap. was all Dean was able to think as he attempted to clean the cobwebs from his head.

His vision was blurred from the impact, so much that he thought the Dragon had two additional brothers.

Tamiko retrieve's her spear, then reforms it into two half-spears, one in each hand. She then begins twirling the half-spears faster and faster, like a cheerleaders batons. Focusing as much of her TK as she could into them, she sent them flying at the golem's chest, hoping to open the gaping hole even more.

She approached Farner, no longer a stupid, drooling dog, now that the light in his eyes had returned. She bowed her head solemnly.

"Forgive my rudeness, please. I cannot say for the others, but I truly was deceived."

Natalie held the stone, pulsing with an ephemeral lifeblood, a token of the last son of Fenrir, who tried valiantly to escape the sins of his father only to be used as an instrument due to his lineage. Her grip was loose upon it, but her face bent in empathy; Franer was still very much alive in the essence of the stone, and her emotional senses picked up on this.

She wouldn't cry this time, however.

"You will live on with all of us. This I- no, we promise. Frajer, der Stammhalder die Fenrir, you won't be forgotten..."

As the group marvelled at the elemental gem, for the first time of the day the clouds began to whiten, and the blizzard fell silent.

The effort required for the technique was tremendous, sweat dripping down Peter's forehead. He would wait until the dragon was so close it couldn't dodge, then, Peter would aim for the head.

The alchemical disassociation spell normally disintegrated solid matter...unless water was present. Liquid water caused the spell to bounce into the air, oxidizing and igniting it. Using it on ice was even worse, for it turned the solid state compound into pure hydrogen and oxygen; it was how they managed to defeat Anselm back at the academy, and that was with a frost created by Xellos.

The alchemical disassociation spell normally disintegrated solid matter...unless water was present. Liquid water caused the spell to bounce into the air, oxidizing and igniting it. Using it on ice was even worse, for it turned the solid state compound into pure hydrogen and oxygen; it was how they managed to defeat Anselm back at the academy, and that was with a frost created by Xellos.

That might just blow up half the mountain...

Xellos took one last look at where the beast had lain, the impression of the exhausted beast.

"If you must bury a psychopathic, child murdering ghost, there's no need to dig a hole."

He tapped a foot, opening up a rift in the snow below the ghostly corpse. As it was swallowed beneath the glacier, the rift closed below it.

"Burn her? But why?", she asked, one eye on the face of the departed sorceress, the other on the blue orb hanging from her neck.

"Besides, it's impossible to burn her out here...unless...no! I will not cast the Zerstauben on the ice!"

It was the way of the vikings, though I admit they did it with ships involved." Hunter knelt down towards the departed wizardess and gently lifted the talisman off her still neck. "You need not use your Zerstauben here fraulein. All I ask is that you empower my bullet with energy." With that Hunter aimed his red gun, Lucille, at the villain's heart. "Sorry, you left me no choice, but still, I'm sorry. Fire Burst!" He pulled the trigger.

Franer's essence stirred within the Water Stone ever so slightly.
