Small week for me this time, and not much I'm really looking forward to.

DC/Vertigo
Countdown to Adventure #3: Suprisingly decent so far.
Jack of Fables #16: Still great, one of the funniest books on the shelves.
Justice Society of America #10: Kind of interested to see where this goes. Seems like a waste not to have Waid co-write it, but maybe he just wasn't interested.
Supergirl and the Legion #35: Not bad but looking forward to the new team.

Marvel
Ultimate Power #8: Still enjoying this one.

Oni
Wasteland #13: Caught up on the issues now, the last two were awesome and I'm looking forward to this one, may be the first I read.

Viz
Shonen Jump #60: Always. Also need to pick up a few manga volumes coming out this week, especially the three new Naruto, even though I still have the last three to read. My manga pile is getting out of control again.

• IMMORTAL IRON FIST VOL 1 TP - A long wait, but from what I hear will be worth it.

Jaime, don't bother with the Endangered Species, you can read the first part and the last part and get the whole story. Although you may want to check out the few early parts that Bagley drew. Other than that, complete waste of time.

Funny, you're not the 1st person to say that to me.

What happened was that NEW X-MEN is the only X title I don't normally buy. So I was gonna buy it for the Magik arc (because I totally dig her, and) because I wanted the x-overs.

Turns out I FORGOT to order New X-men #40 so I've only read parts 1 & 2. I have 4-17 sitting aside waiting to be read! I'll take care of that this weekend and just skip part 3. :(

Action Comics #858--Gary Frank was the tipping point.
Crime Bible: Five Lessons in Blood #1--I know I should wait for trade, but I really want to read this as it comes out.
Flash: Wonderland TP--Now I can finally dump these issues.

Daredevil Annual #1--Is this by Brubaker? I can't remember.
Mythos: Fantastic Four--These have been enjoyable.

Secret History Book Three--For Patricia (but I plan on reading eventually)

Boneyard vol. 6--That reminds me, I need to buy this for work, too.

El Cazador vol. 1 TP--Man, this was a promising start. Kinda eager to read again, even if it will bum me out that there is anything to follow it

Annihilation Conquest Quasar #4 - I like Gage, but this is my least favorite of the Conquest mini's. Still loving the event overall.
Batman #670 - I have liked Morrison's work here overall - but I think I am passing on the mini-Ra's event, so I am skipping this issue
52: 4 Horseman #3 - Giffen write, I buy
Dynamo 5 #8 - I didn't buy the TP cause I have the issues. I may go back and buy it someday. So now I need to decide if I should switch to the Trade or get one more trade's worth in issues to support the young series....(and so I don't have to wait)
Iron Fist Vol.1 TP - finally. Brubaker writes (or co-writes) I buy.

That being said I got the SCION and WAY OF THE RAT collections last week. Anyone else? I am bummed that they don't pick up right after the last collections I got from Crossgen (why is that?) but they were good. Except for the half an issue of WAY OF THE RAT that was missing dialogue! What the F?!? That's a pretty big mistake.

El Cazador TP - I love Dixon. I liked his Crossgen work a lot. But does this end on a cliffhanger? I am not sure I want to get that. Anyone have any info?

My store had this last week and I flipped through it. None of the Epting covers were included and the last page had a TO BE CONTINUED at the bottom of it. I didn't finish reading the series while it was being published by Crossgen so I'm not sure if this was there before or if it is a new addition for the collection.
