Well should there be a What if Civil War: Spider-man issue, which questions
what would have happen if Peter stayed with the Pro-side
What if Peter didn't agree with Tony Stark at the beginning of Road to...
What if Peter didn't reveal his secret ID on live Tv?
I mean come on the one question that they don't have in the What if Civil War, is that what could happen if Cap didn't go underground after SHIELD attacked him, but went to Tony and told him what happen ?
What do you all think of this idea ? :(

Nah, considering that the unmasking is gonna be retcon out of existence in OMD there is really no need for one.

I'd wait until after "One More Day" to see how they get out of the public knowing that Peter Parker is Spider-Man but there are certainly a few things you could do with Spider-Man and Civil War.
What if Peter Parker quit being Spider-Man?
What if the Thunderbolts killed Spider-Man?
What if Iron Man was Anti-Reg?
What if Spider-Man turned himself in to the police?

I think they should make one, with two stories:
1) What if Pete had not unmasked?
He registers, but doesn't go that far.
2) What if Peter stayed with Iron Man?
Those are the two most important, i believe.

I'd give it more time so we can have a bit more historical context for the story before doing this sort of thing.

I suspect those questions could get answered in the What If Civil War special coming out(not the Annihilation one)...

I'm pretty sure they are only doing What If Captain America had lead the Pro-reg side and What If The Pro-Reg won stories. Spidey will be there, but I don't know if it'll answer any of the questions posed
