In the Justice League Series (1987)
A third Issue which has a superman logo on it. Why the hell is it so expensive?
I believe it was a test logo.. hmm help please

That's exactly why. It was a test logo and I think the print run was pretty low on it.

It was a limited test logo in only a few regions of the country and thus scarcer than the regular cover. DC was trying out a new logo and wanted to see if it affected sales. They are sought out by variant collectors along with the Firestorm 61 Superman logo variant.
