I just spoke to the hospital and they asked me not to send flowers because they couldn't possibly squeeze any more into her room. They also told me they think she's being released today to go to a rehabilitation facility.

I'll return the money to those who sent via my paypal account.

Oh well, it seemed like a good idea - but obviously not that original.

Being someone who has spent a lot of time in hospital lately, I know those rooms don't have a ton of room for flowers.

Also, has anyone thought to send word about how much of her work has just been reprinted in Marvel Masterworks: Hulk recently? Her sketch work and one panel cartoons appear in the back of the book in the most recent edition.

And those rooms are smaller than most. But they were very cool about it and it's obvious she has a lot of people who care about her which is always good to hear.

Don't know - I got involved because the hospital she was staying at is in the town where I live.

I'd totally skip that. There's a lot of crazies out there. The last thing she'd want is some stalker fan to see her home address on the web, or burglars who know she's convalescing.

I mailed mine with a page of personal comments to her about how I remember her work at Marvel Comics. I hope she's in good enough shape to enjoy it or have someone read it to her. I fired mine off the day after you posted her hospital adress, so I assume it made it there.
