There's a documentary about the guys who buy them - way creepier than the actual dolls. One gent set up a "meeting" at his house between the doll and his real, live girfriend. For some reason she didn't knee him in the balls and run screaming.

I gotta say, #3 is pretty awesome. If I was out with someone wearing that, I'd be spouting off hard-boiled narration and Chandler-style similes the entire night, much to her chagrin.

A meeting? What in the fook? What were they going to discuss? More so, did the guy have the Real Doll in his lap and work on his ventriloquist skills (a la Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy) so the real girlfriend and Real Doll could interact?

It's worse than that. This creepy fuck set up dinner for 3, and dressed the doll up all nice. Then brought in the missus to sit down and eat with "them". This is how the guy broke the news that he had one of these Real Dolls to his girlfriend. Who is now quite possibly stuffed and mounted on his wall.

Not really, they don't have the spike heel (God, I could never walk in those!), more wedge heeled.
But they are patent leather. A very dark cherry red that looks black in poor light.

The boots are really pretty. :) I like how the have the bit of light pink on the buckles. It helps to show that the boots are dark red, not black.
I love the slipons though. They are really cute!
This is why I wish I wasn't so tall. I'm already about 5'9", so if I wear a three inch heel then I'm towering over everybody.

The buckle are actually just plain silver, I guess the way the sun shone of them makes it look pink in some places..
You didn't see, but they also have black ribbon to tie 'round your ankles. ^^;

I'd take being a baller. :)
Sometimes it comes in handy being tall, like I can reach stuff on the top shelf in the kitchen or when I was sparring it allowed me to use 38" of leg to keep my partner back, but sometimes it's awkward. I don't feel as weird about it now but when I was a teenager, between being 'well developed' and also so tall, I would slouch all the time and had terrible posture.

Gladi, those boots look fucking crazy, by the way. The first pair. They look like they belong on some chick swinging a chain at a dude in a hockey mask trying to steal his gasoline in a post-apocalyptic nomadic biker gang setting.

Man, and I thought I had hot legs.
Gladi, those boots look fucking crazy, by the way. The first pair. They look like they belong on some chick swinging a chain at a dude in a hockey mask trying to steal his gasoline in a post-apocalyptic nomadic biker gang setting.
Also, Kat is super-hot, and could've easily been a model, but burying her face in a book and keeping true to her inner-geek makes her super-hotter.
Gladdy could have kicked some tail as the badass girl in the last Day of the Dead movie.:D
And thanks.:o

But it looks cute when tall guys have short girlfriends. It used to aggravate my mom-she's closer to 5'10"-and she'd say that it wasn't fair that the short girls were taking the tall guys away from the tall girls.
I'm 6'3", and I much prefer tall girls. I'd never discriminate mind, but kissing a girl some 5 inches shorter than you can be tricky. If you're vertical.
Tall boots are also awesome. Oh yes.

Tell me about it. I'm just a little bit taller than you are. Problem is, I really DON'T like high heels. And you really can't wear them at work anyway. I always feel weird when I wear them. I have two pair of them, a red and black pair ... and that's all. In any event, I get teased sometimes about being short too, but ...
Short guys get it the worst. I feel sorry for them, sometimes, because tall guys get all the girls. I mean, if you're a short girl, that's not too bad, cuz some guys like that. But, I've known a few tall girls who complained about how guys wouldn't ask them out because they intimidated the guys with their height. Short guys ... a lot of girls won't go out with them. It kinda sucks.

Jesus, 5 pairs? I may as well just hand in my 'girl' membership right now. I own...two pairs. Three if you count the low heels I wear for work.
But quality for quantity darling! My black stilettos are a one-of-a-kind, pointy little number with little belts and silver buckles over the toes THAT ARE COMFORTABLE, and my boots. My boots! 3 inch heel knee-highs in matte-black leather.

It's true. She's hovering over a small child she's about to eat, so she looks like she's somewhere between 5'8" and 8'5". The giant eagle behind her didn't help, either. Now I'm almost positive she isn't a woman, but some kind of mythological figure. The giant baby-eating Amazon, or something.

yes, it's hard to keep up, and it gets annoying. i like short hair and the fun styles that can be done with it, but i like long hair on me more. we'll see once i begin training at the academy i have to keep my hair off of my collar- which basically means a pontail or bun everyday. boring! i'd prefer my pigtails, but i don't think that'd be very professional looking! ;)

I had long hair up until recently. I guess the only reason I kept it that way was because of the compliments I got. But eventually, I got frustrated and cut it. I'll take trendy hair over long hair any day. The weird thing is though, even though I'm Asian, people used to think I was Native American. Some even thought I was Hispanic because of my long hair. Pink, eh? When I got more of mine dyed blue the bits that where already blue went pink when they rebleached it, so I was sitting the hairdressers with brown, bright blonde and pink hair. Eheheh.

yes, it's hard to keep up, and it gets annoying. i like short hair and the fun styles that can be done with it, but i like long hair on me more. we'll see once i begin training at the academy i have to keep my hair off of my collar- which basically means a pontail or bun everyday. boring! i'd prefer my pigtails, but i don't think that'd be very professional looking! ;)
Bah. Screw professional :D I always wear pigtails to work. And school. I have them set high at the back of my head with pink ribbons, and they reach down past my shoulders now.
Of course there's this one guy who keeps tugging on them, going "ding! Elevator up!"

I never got that.
And I thought I was the only one this happened to! Without fail, people always assume I am japanese first. I have no clue why. I have japanese friends. I look nothing like them.
Aside from the pigtails perhaps... but only cartoons wear those!! and me of course.

That sounds neat! :D
Your hair sound very similar to mine. It's a medium brown too, but before I stopped going in the sun, there would be a lot of gold in it. This is why it's a running joke in my family that I'm really a blonde and the reason that I'm a doofus.
I put lowlights in it now because I'm so pale that I think it looks better darker anyway.

Ooops. :p
And I apparently suit blonde hair too... When I got it bleached first time to prepare for the blue dyed the lady who did my hair said it was awesome enough on me.

Fortunately, they make 'em to order now: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RealDoll
I understand that they're quite realistic, right down to the fact that it costs much more to get the one with the big boobs.
(Sorry if this joke has already been done - I'm posting as I go.)

A meeting? What in the fook? What were they going to discuss? More so, did the guy have the Real Doll in his lap and work on his ventriloquist skills (a la Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy) so the real girlfriend and Real Doll could interact?
...For some reason, I first read that as "Edgar Cayce and Charlie McCarthy".
Man, I have got to do something with that... "The Sleeping Ventriloquist"... This thing may write itself...

I had long hair for while, didn't suit it though, I cut it quite short after getting so annoyed at it getting tangled in buttons, zippers or trapped in car doors...
My avatar is not entirely unlike my real self - I have a full beard and handlebar moustache.
I know it's time to trim the beard back when I tie the end into the knot of my necktie when getting ready for work.
And John - definitely get the oange tie, dude. I'm heavily into complementary colors in the shirt and neckwear department. (But then, again; I'm not really a fan of neckties but have to wear them for work. So my policy is, "Any tie that I have to wear, is one that I won't be looking at all day, and they will...! <insert evil laugh here>)
(Although, in all fairness, I defend myself from any charges that I'm being evil and vindictive by pointing out that I've never worn to work the blue shag tie that a friend knitted for me, one year...)

Do the French Braid thing. That always goes well with uniforms and high leather boots.

i can't french braid my own hair! whatapooper!
i can see me out on the pistol range with my ultra-military-mega-man instructor with my pigtails! i don't think he'd even give me my ammo. hahaha
high leather boots-- i REALLY need to petition some agencies to allow me to wear them. ;)

Whatever you do, make sure to get one with motion control, so you don't get blurry pictures. I spent a good bit of money on one just a couple years ago, but it doesn't have the motion control, and it's very annoying!
motion control: keep your arm still while taking pictures.
Yeah, yeah. That doesn't work, believe me.
If you don't have something that you can lean against, try the following:
1 - Use the optical viewfinder, not the screen display.
2 - Hold the camera two-handed.
3 - Hold your elbows firmly against your sides and the camera against your face.
4 - stand with your feet spread a bit more than you usually would.
5 - Take a deep breath and, if your camera is like most that I've used (and assuming that you're shooting on automatic, rather than manual) press the shutter button to the half-way down stop to autofocus and set shutter speed.
6 - Let out half of the deep breath that you took, pause, and press the button down the rest of the way.
(Obviously, for the quick snap, this won't help you, but when I'm taking most street scenes and the like, it works for me.)

It's called motorcycle duty. High, polished leather boots, the riding jodhpurs, the leather jacket..., the mirror shades and the french braid...
I'm tellin' ya... HOTT!
