A Review Forum?

I was wondering, do you think it might be a good idea to have a forum devoted just to reviews of works - any type of work, comic, novel, game, TV, movie, etc.? Something that covers all genres, and ranks works based on a number system? Then people can share their views and reviews?

Nothing, I guess. Except that it's hard to locate those reviews when their surrounded by threads dealing with other topics. The process of hunting down and searching for those reviews is, well, not all that easy.
