[OT]- Worst Case Scenario..Nazi Zombie Horror

Has anyone heard of this independant movie? I've been loosely following it's progress for a couple of years now. And last time I checked the producers had a hard time finding any serious funding and the production was halted. But I've just checked the site and it seems that they've secured new funding and the production has apparently began this year. This has the making to be a very unique horror movie existence. And given it's nature, all it's missing is Hellboy :p

Eric, I've followed this project for a while too. The snippets and trailers make it look really promising. I hope they've really finally gotten a decent financier to back them.

Well, I'm not so sure how decent it actually is. Apparently they've downsized their budget in order to get some interest in it. Plus, they are actively promoting an open to the public share based program to cover their short fall. Still, it's something.

And yeah, it does look very promising. The scene where they come up on the beach is freaking awesome. Although the hot air ballon zombies are way out there as well :)

I remember seeing the trailer and thought how amazing it looked. Very 'Shock Waves'-like (which I've got on VHS). The cinematography was very well done. Though I was unsure if it was going to be a full-length action-horror, horror-comedy, or what since reports varied. I think I even read that it was just a fun teaser and nothing more.

I have been checking on it the last few years as well, finding almost no source of new information.

I'm really looking forward to seeing if it makes it into a full film.
