Who was left after Infinite Crisis?

Is there a list of individual characters that survived infinite crisis? who came back to life after infinite crisis yet was dead before or died during IC?

I ask because I just read the this

and I didn't even know she was alive. I didn't see her in the JSA and im not really aware of where else she might have been in. Can someone fill me in on where she has been?

I think the JLA & JSA Classified series, as well as the Batman & Superman Confidentials, take place all over the timeline of the DCU. JLA is currently retelling the origin of J'onn J'onzz for example.

So this story probably takes place well before Jade died.

Also, the list of who's dead and who's back is always being added to. Lots of retcons too - ex: Zod never got killed by Superman, and I think Cyborg Superman's time as an alternate Superman may've been done away with too.

I don't think it does take place in the past.

The cover looks like jade as a ghost, still. After crisis(the latest one), Jade somehow ended up replacing Alan's missing eye.

The best I can do is to tackle the problem from the other direction by offering a list of individual characters who clearly didn't survive Infinite Crisis. You see, while it was coming out, there was an ongoing thread on these forums that was dedicated to keeping the list of fatalities up-to-date. It included people who had been killed as far back as the "Identity Crisis" miniseries, and those who died during the various miniseries that came between "Countdown to Infinite Crisis" and the actual "Infinite Crisis" mini. I searched just now and found the thread is still available at

The key post is #2 in that thread; it kept getting updated during the entire event.

So looking at the lists of deceased heroes and villains will show you which ones "definitely died" during or shortly before the "Infinite Crisis" mini. By process of elimination, you can then assume that any other character you're specifically wondering about was probably still alive and kicking at the end of "Infinite Crisis #7" (unless he'd been killed off years earlier, I suppose).
