okay so they are two different versions of the same character, but seriously.

who would win in a fight?

Mignola's Hellboy. He would take that stick out of Cheeks' Hellboy Animated's butt and use it to snap those teeny-tiny legs. Then beat him to death with his base and use it for a head stone.

Has animated Hellboy fought a monkey with a gun yet? I think not! Comic book Hellboy wins, hands down.

Hellboy didn't fight a monkey with a gun either. That was Abe.

Animated Hellboy is at a big disadvantage in the legs department. But upper body strength? Let 'em arm wrestle and classic Hellboy will go flying through the wall1 :D

Either way, animated Hellboy's never been in a position to say, "Look out! That monkey's got a gun!" But if he ever does, with Ron Perlman's voice, say something as incredible as that, he might be able to give comic book Hellboy a run for his money.

Also, some real legs would help. Y'know, with the running for his money.

After reading all the comics, watching the movies, I have never seen Hellboy land on his legs. I would say stick legs is definately at an advantage there. Since stick legs never did a lot of running, I guess trying to play ketchup could be a problem, but then the only time I saw Hellboy run was in the movie. So I would say stick legs by far, Upper body and extra torso bulge could take the falls much better. Maybe he wouln't be saying "OH Crap" so much, But Oh how we love that phase.:D
