Okay, a "passing of the torch" event is a great idea. It sounds like a lot of fun, and just seems to set the right spin on the change in a way that makes it easier to embrace for those nervous nellies like myself who worry about how things may or may not go.

Still not sold on this whole concept of the wheel. I suppose it could be useful...
