Pre-crisis Kudzu from Krypton

Unbeknownest to Jor-el, some seeds from the Kryptonian version of Kudza got into Kal-el's little ship. When the ship crashes on Earth, the seeds disperse. Taking in the sun, they become invulnerable and start spreading across the Earth with the alacrity of our kudzu.

Can the DCU stop this PC meance? Do we have to go back to pre-exploded Krypton and get some Goats? But what do we do with them after they speed blitz all the kudzu?
