All three are dead. I really doubt Spartans can stand up to Adeptus Astartes, and Kharn has fought much, much worse foes than the Arbiter. To add to this, as tough as Cap's shield is, I really doubt it can stand up to a chainaxe that can cleave through a tank. By the end of the day, Kharn will be offering their skulls up to Khorne.

Cap's shield can stand up to that, easily. It has survived hits of greater force.
Doesn't mean Cap's going to win this one, though. Sounds like the three of them are toast.

The only thing that can take down Cap's shield are LHWs. I mean, even Thor could not destroy it.

a few people have destroyed the shield.
Thanos w/Infinity Gauntlet
Molecule Man took it apart along with Thor's hammer.
SW Beyonder made an attack that would have wiped out every hero and they were only saved by the Shield.
Thor w/Odinforce dented it.
so, pretty much Skyfather and above is the requirement to harm the Shield at all, let alone destroy it.
is thery eny way to impruve the ods for Master Chief and the Arbiter and Captain America?

The shield won't really matter much anyway when Kharn hacks off Cap's arms.
