You totally should have done it. While Czech absinth doesn't compare to some of the better Swiss or French varieties, it's still nothing at all but fun. Plus, you can prepare it the bohemian way with the fire and whatnot. Also, I've found that cranberry juice makes an excellent back for shots of Czech absinth.
