Iron Man question

Last summer in She Hulk v2, issue #8, She Hulk mentions an incident when Iron Man used some illegal satellite to brainwash people into forgetting his secret identity. Anyone know anything about the storyline she's referencing? Issue #'s an so on? Thanks in advance

IIRC it involved Captain America...it may have taken place in Cap Annual #9. I really don't remember for sure.

FOUND IT! I was the 1998 Iron Man Annual, sometimes referred to as Iron-Man / Cap 1998, or Iron Man Annual 16. And it was Mentallo he used to wipe out the secret of his identity.
