A Question about Rogue and Gambit

I know that Rogue and Gambit have had a relationship with each other, at least at some point in the past if not currently.

My question, with Rogue's powers the way they are, what was the farthest extent of their relationship? Can Rogue even have a normal, physical relationship with a man?

They screwed. A few times. Ugh, the whole relationship is annoying. She lost her powers a few times, he had something with his power that allowed them to touch but get static. But she never took any opportunity to solve her issue with her powers. Whore. Gambit needs to move on.

They were both depowered for a lengthy period of time in Xtreme X-Men. Pretty sure they didn't waste too much time in getting intimate.

Rogue certainly seemed to have no hang ups about physical contact by the time the rest of the Xtreme X-Men caught up with them.

My pet peeve about Rogue is that she doesn't evolve beyond the "can't touch anyone" aspect of her powers. She can but then she reverts back. It's certainly time for that part of her powers to be permanently dealt with.

Well, I thought the whole one touch and your dead thing was an interesting twist to the whole can't touch anybody thing. Of course, we haven't really had time to explore that though, hopefully we will before they find a cure. Rogue and Gambit have been physically intimate on several occasions, all of which short lived.
