My money is on the FOOM! Plus, classic slugfests from the past!

It's solicted for December and PAD's on it! Looks like good, old-school fun. :)

Hopefully Foom'll put up a little better fight than he did in the Tempus Fugit arc (oddly enough, also written by PAD). ;)

Hulk shrugged off Foom's fire breath before and too strong and durable to be crushed by Foom, there isn't really anyway for Foom to beat Hulk.

Didn't Thor claim he killed Foom already though in Thor v2 #80 and made a tomb out of his bones? Hulk should kick his ass then.

Hulk isn't Thor, strange as it may be :p

This will interesting. Honestly I could see it going either way, but Foom does have the advantage over Hulk.

I rarely ever buy Hulk, but I'm on for this one for sure. I love Fin Fang Foom when he's handled well. :)

I think they will sit down and have Tea while discussing how it is to be green in a non green world....

....what? Not likely?

Greetings, Kermit the Frog here
And today I'd like to tell you a little bit about the color green
Do you know what's green
Well I am for one thing
You see frogs are green, and I'm a frog
And that means that I'm green, you see

It's not that easy being green
Having to spend each day the color of the leaves
When I think it could be nicer being red, or yellow, or gold
Or something much more colorful like that

It's not easy being green
It seems you blend in with so many other ordinary things
And people tend to pass you over
'Cause you're not standing out
Like flashy sparkles in the water
Or stars in the sky

But green's the color of spring
And green can be cool and friendly-like
And green can be big like a mountain
Or important like a river
Or tall like a tree

When green is all there is to be
It could make you wonder why
But why wonder why wonder
I am green, and it'll do fine
It's beautiful, and I think it's what I want to be

I know. I'm just saying, if Thor killed him, flayed him and made him building materials, Hulk should at least be able to KO him and stomp him out. There is no way Foom is stronger than Hulk these days. How does he have the advantage? Hulk's mind is virtually psi-proof when he's mad, he's virtually indestructible, has shown himself invulnerable to Foom's breath and never been stronger than he is now. He's also beat down half the Marvel universe. There's probably a good reason it's a one shot, the fight won't warrant a second issue.

Sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn't. Before his full alien origin was expanded on he was shown as more of a classic dragon, since then I think a more uniform design has been agreed upon. But see, he did have teeth before in some artists portrayals.

As long as Fin Fang Foom puts Hulk in his pants at some point, this will be so awesome

Vicious, 6 foot long fangs are cool.

A bunch of rounded cud-chewers showing Foom is an herbivore...is not. :)

I'm really disappointed at Marvel Comics that they haven't wrote a story about that.

For sure I'm buying 2 books. One for reading and the other to be mint forever.
