JSA Characters in the Kingdom Come Universe

Didn't Johns say in an interview that some of the JSA characters would be staying in the Kingdom Come universe? I'm guessing from reading Kingdom Come and the preview for JSA #11 that at least Starman and Jakeem Thunder will be staying there. And maybe the new Wildcat? Anyone else hear anything about this?

Well, my imaginations not that good. But if Jakeem Thunder gets banished to die in a catastrophic nuclear explosion, who am I to complain?
