The dark nature of the Phoenix soon overwhelms the Tribunal who then returns to Earth with his other three faces, one of which (Galactus) devours the planet before the Phoenix consumes the Sun, destroying the entire solar system.

I wish the entity passing judgment on those who passed through the Siege Perilous would be revealed.

Granted. This epic blockbuster of an arc reveals that the Judge is actually Mystique from Earth-4675. All her decisions were based on coin flips.
