Black adam mini series good?

I really got into the black adam story during 52 and was curious if the mini series was on par with it.

Im just hesitant about mini series anymore since Ive gotten burned to many times and wasted my money.

I have only read one issue (as far as i know there is only one issue out) and i think the miniseries starts great. The art is good and the character of BA interesting.

I'd suggest it. It's been entertaining on it's own and is touching on plot threads from 52. I don't want to ruin it for anyone ,but it's got to do with Fate's tower.

The Dark Age is good. Not great, but solid enough for me to feel as though I'm getting my money's worth. Honestly, after BA showed up in Countdown, I was planning on skipping it, but Hawkman's inclusion in #3 sort of twisted my arm into ultimately signing on, and I'm glad I did.

So if you have the money to spare, I'd recommend getting it. You're not missing anything groundbreaking, and we all have a pretty good idea of how it's going to end, but it's an entertaining enough yarn thus far, especially if you're a fan of Black Adam.

The minseries isn't on par with 52 (that would be a tall order). Heck BA is unrecogonizable (personality and appearence) in the first issue and most of the second.

But after the second issue, it got a lot better....

It has been quite good so far. If you thought Black Adam was brutal and ruthless at the start of 52, he is far, far worse here and that is without his powers. Cannabalism, torture, murder, self mutilation, yeti bungee jumping with the yeti's intestines. All this and he still feels like such a tragic character. Like if things had just gone a slightly different way he would be this awesome source of good.
