It made no sense to me that murderers were allowed to stay with the X-men during the whole 198 fiasco. Joe Q. should have dealt with things like this as opposed to how to mess up Peter Parker's marriage. You really have to suspend your disbelief when you watch these idiots staying with the X-men. Some of them should have been taken off the lawn and placed on death row. I don't care there are only a few mutants left. America would pick these serial killers up right away. Thanks, Joe Q.

Yeah, Marauders and Morlocks living side by side was a bit much. Sabes wasn't the only one the X-Men should've had in chains imo...

Just remember that the X-men, despite having multiple geniuses on the team, are very very stupid sometimes. Things start to make sense then ... sort of.

Delusion, the X-men focused on a single goal of 'protect the mutants'. ignoring the fact that kids like Leech should not stay in bed outside sleeping 2 tents away from Arclight.

People being sent to jail for heinous crimes like murdering US Senators would be too realistic.

Suspend my disbelief? Nah, they really dropped the ball with the whole superhuman registration act as it related to the x-franchise. Big time. It's one of the reasons i don't care much for Marvel under Quesada's thumb.

True...it seemed very stupid & OOC so I chalked it up to that at the time.

I think it was just like throwing up their hands on that one. Even if they left them out to be mashed into mutant paste by Sentinels, Sinister has clones of them all anyways.
Still, killing them would have been good tension release.
