Can anybody explain what's going on with Professor X in House of M? I think I've read the thing like three times now, and I just don't get it. The whole memorial thing, missing body, and the crazy flashes to him in some whacked out church or whatever.

I believe Marvel just swept those pesky plot holes under the rug.

If you ask them, they'll act like it never happened.

Xavier was in the center and clearly two of the robed people were Pietro and Wanda, but who really knows who the third one was.

Right, it's that third mystery man I don't get. I suppose Magneto, allegedly, or something!

What was REALLY weird was the ending to #1, lololol, where everyone was frozen and Spider-Man just kind of peeking at us through the panels. I lol'd a little to myself.

Maybe, Wanda was controlling Magneto or something.

Who knows what the writers were thinking in the early days of writing the House of M. Writers more often then one might think change plot directions in the middle of their stories. I can tell you that in X-Men 50 that was really supposed to be the real Magneto which is clear from the text of the comic and yet a year later it was retconned into being a robot.

UGH. I just vomited a little after calling Polaris "Princess Polaris".

Polaris was on the other side of the Planet. Besides, the actual script of the House of M says it was supposed to be Magneto in there.
