You know, I rented the NES version of this and didn't like it. Seemed like just a collection of not fun minigames to me.

Rocket Ranger was great, but Defender of the Crown, It Came From the Desert and Wings were better...

These were all phenominal games that had enjoyable storylines, plot, characters.

They weren't called cinemaware for nowt, you were actually playing a film.

Didn't played rocket ranger but i did played It came from the desert back in the day and that was pretty fun. Never did finished it though. Always ended up in the damn hospital mini game.

That's because it sucked on NES. Amiga or Apple II GS.

I played the PC and NES version of Rocket Ranger and they sucked all the fun out of the NES version. If only Sci-Fi can make a non-sucky movie of the game. It'll be great.

Always wanted to play It Came from the Desert. Reminds me of that ol' movie Them. Couldn't never find it in the stores though.

I've never played any of these games (have heard of them), but after wathing the "It Came From the Desert" video, I really hope these type of games get made for Wii.
