i downloaded the original kirby on the wii, and it is one most fun games ive ever played. Definantly the best 2D platformer ive ever played.

The original was actually on the Gameboy, but the one for the NES is the definitive Kirby game. It was also treated to an excellent GBA remake.

My dad found my old NES the other day. It still works :) . I been playing Duck Hunt and Double Dragon II.

what the hell? you guys actually got a NES? my dad FINALLY bought me an Atari 2600 last week. I've been dying for that console since 1984 and I now I'm playng it at every second of my life that I'm awake. In fact, I'm typing this with one hand right now while the other is playing with the Atari. If i could only screw my eyes to some cockeyed position then I could do so many other things without moving my head back and forth like I'm watching a tennis match; makes me very dizzy.

I love playing Mario Bros, which always degenerates into what we call "Battle Boys" because it's more fun trying to get each other killed than cooperating. The great space shooter, Zanac, is always fun, too.

i remember i used to have the original metroid...
that was soo hard to figure out, a lot because the graphics suckked it was hard to distinguish everything.
also the password generator for save game was annoying.
writing down all those passwords... ehhh! :confused:
