I'm already sold on the creative team, if not the material. Can't wait to check this out.

Despite the strenght of the creative team and the overall idea, I'm also waiting for the trade on this. Because I'm broke and this looks like the kind of story that is best read all at once.

Looks intresting.
Kind of funny that Feral gets an apearance in this title (most likely a minor but still an apearance).

I'll definitely be picking this up, it's a story that should have been told during the actual event...actually this should have been one of the major tie-ins.

So, will this book be told in the regular marvel universe or will it be happening during the house of M mind wipe and world reset?
If it happens during the House of M Mind wipe and world reset, I will probably not pick it up as it has no affect on the current marvel stories or marvel universe. That is one reason why I do not read marvel Max and Marvel Ultimate books, I barely have enought time and money to read what I want to read, let alone read something that has no affect on the characters currently.

It's HOM...hence HOM: Avengers. You could always read it for ,you know, the story.

Normally, I'd be skeptical of anyody other than Bendis writing Cage, but it's Gage, then I have no problems...checking this out...

For some reason I thought the interview said this comic would show some back story before house of M happened and then be tied into it. Did not know it was a house of m tie in during the whole mind wipe thing.

Very stoked for this. Gage has to live up to some high expectations. The comic community has tabbed him as the next great comic writer. Just that drama alone is worth the price of admission.

This sounds about six million times better than the HoM tie-ins were. It's like the creative team is actually taking the concept seriously or something! ;-)
Gage's ideas have me really excited, especially the chance to see more of how the world we saw in HoM developed. Cage's Avengers is the perfect choice for another HoM book because the street-level focus means we get a totally different side of life in HoM - instead of the power struggles of the ruling class we get both the everyday problems of the underclass, and finally! the mirror to the discrimination and (sometimes) oppression mutants face in 616. I always felt that was skimmed over in HoM.
And also, come on, how can you not love 70's camp + dystopia?
