Is it just the spandex, or are his legs actually that disproportionate to his upper body. If it's the latter, then YEESH!!!

He did for a while during Morrisson's JLA tenure. But yeah, a middle-aged guy in an Aquaman costume just doesn't help that character's image.

Nope---stuff like that is par for the course, at DCon. You should find last years pics, of the painted faeries.

She did, after all, cover up all the bits that USED to be forbidden by the FCC.

And the paint job is quite good.

Dcon rules are basically "No showing of genitalia, including nipples." (Boiling them down there.) I *have* seen pics of one girl who manage to run around at least for a while with a mesh shirt and *no* covering of her nips---but if con staff saw her, they'd send her to her room to change or kick her out. (It was a Dawn costume, IIRC). Painting alone isn't allowed---but if you pastie or tape and paint, you're fine. Also, there's usually more than a few chicks running around with simple black X's over their nipples---those of them with nipples small enough to do that. :D

And yes---that's one of the much better paint jobs I've seen. I wish I had someone good who could airbrush on me, sigh. There's some costumes I'd love to try, that would include that.

Amusing. One good Batgirl on page one...one bad Batgirl on page one.

The universe has a disturbing sense of balance.

Stupid Australian cons and their stupid cosplay rules. We never get any of this kind of thing!

Although, there was a rather memorable one earlier this year where 3 incredibly gorgeous girls dressed up as 3 different Shivas from the Final Fantasy games, and danced on stage.

There wasn't a dry seat in the house.

Hey, don't knock him! If you think Batman's loaded, this guy is king of 3/4 of the earth!

(Am I the only one who thinks it aweswome that he's just doin' his own thing, representing for Atlantis, and doesn't care?)

Yes.

Er... no. I'm sure some do, but I myself am too shallow and superficial to agree with the notion. Hey, at least I can admit it.
