Can anyone name all the Earth based reality warpers? No cosmics or people who temporarily possessed reality warping abilities.

Scarlet Witch
Franklin Richards
Beyonder came to earth :)

Onslaught
Mr M
Phoenix
Proteus
Hyperstorm

I'm sure there are a few characters that use "magic", like Dr. Strange, who can warp reality as well.

Off the top of my head . . . Scarlet Witch, Demonstaff, Freedom Ring, Franklin Richards, Jim Jaspers, Jamie Braddock, Sphinx, Mr. M, and Fan Boy.

It depends on what you mean by "cosmic," really.

Mad Jim Jaspers
Jamie Braddock
Franklin Richards
Glorian (He is from Earth originally though cosmic now)

Scarlett Witch has never been consistently portrayed as a reality warper
Freedom Ring is Dead and his powers are too limited, but the ring is now possessed by Crusader
Hyperstorm was UBER-Powerful, but I don't think he was ever actually a reality warper
Molecule Man might qualify, but had various limits on his power.
Anyone with the Starbrand could potentially qualify, but that has been sealed off.

Kulan Gath, the Red Sonja/ Conan the Barbarian villain, once used magic in an old Uncanny X-men comic to convert the modern world into a medieval one where he was the ruler.
Peace.

Was Onslaught a reality warper? I thought he "borrowed" his powers from Franklin Richards and Nate Grey?
Peace

Molecule Man in Fantastic Four, The Avengers, Secret Wars & Secret Wars II
Proteus in Uncanny X-Men
Kulan Gath (via a powerful mystical spell) in Uncanny X-Men
Sir Jim Jaspers in Captain Britain
Sphinx II with the Ka Stone in The New Warriors
Yon-Rogg in Captain Marvel using the Psyche-Magnitron to make thoughts reality
the Goblin Queen throughout Uncanny X-Men, X-Factor, The New Mutants & Excalibur transformed Manhattan Island into a demonic Inferno via a mystical spell created by N'Astrigh.

I do not count the Scarlet Witch because she is severely miswritten by Brian Michael Bendis; to alter reality on a cosmic scale is beyond Wanda's powers. The Scarlet Witch alters probability, but even she is not aware the effects her hex spheres will be.

I also do not count Phoenix. Although powerful, she is still a telepath & telekinetic with fluctuating power levels depending on the circumstances. Rachel Summers' Phoenix altered reality to an extent, but never on the scale listed because she too is still a telepath & telekinetic.

Also, I think Phoenix would fit into that "no cosmics" clause.

Sersi likely counts as a reality-warper, though nowhere on the scale of many of those listed already.

If perception = reality...

what about Hypno-Hustler?

He's unreal.

And while I respect that you feel Wanda was not written properly by Bendis, DDM... does it matter whether the warper knows what the effects of their influence are? Or even that they influence anything at all? That particular qualification you implied seems irrelevant. I could boil a head of cabbage, forever altering microscopic lifeforms' "reality", yet be totally oblivious to it. Still doesn't change the fact that I altered their reality.

Onslaught 'borrowed' Franklin's power so it was temporary in that sense. Mr M. manipulates matter and atoms on an almost unlimited scale but he doesn't manipulate reality. Phoenix (both incarnations) are just powerful telepaths/telekinetics which aren't always that powerful. Hyperstorm manipulates hyperspace or something (the energy invisible woman makes her fields from) but on an incredible scale - 00ber powerful not a reality manipulator. Beyonder is cosmic and not from earth and does not reside on it currently either.

Molecule Man manipulates molecular structures as indicated by his name which in effect may seem like the alteration of reality but is just advanced manipulation of matter. Sphinx needed the Stone so that would put him under temporary, and Goblin Queen was also using an induced power with assistance ... she's hardly a reality manipulator in of herself.

Does Sentry count? All of that was a little confusing.

Molecule Man's powers are exactly the same as Proteus.

Sphinx needed the Stone so that would put him under temporary, and Goblin Queen was also using an induced power with assistance ... she's hardly a reality manipulator in of herself.

Regardless, the Goblin Queen's link with Limbo made Manhattan Island transform; it was not until her death that Manhattan reverted back to normal.

The Sphinx still altered reality.

Morgan Le Faye also altered reality in The Avengers using her magick & various magickal artifacts.

i think the kid's name is Trevor Chase. he's a mutant descendant of Irene Adler aka Destiny. Mystique used to watch over the kid. and there's 'Storyteller' from the recent Ms.Marvel one-shot. he was created by AIM from Scarlet Witch samples.

there seems to be difference between altering reality and rearainging things on a molecular or atomic scale.

Jim Jaspers warps reality and Pheonix rearainges molecules to form new objects from them...

Molecular Rearaingers
Pheonix
Proteus
Molecule Man

Reality Warpers
Jim Jaspers
Scarlet Witch
Franklin Richards

Now, you're just using semantics.

i think reality warping is when you creat a new universe in with everything top to bottom changed ala Heroes Reborn or House of M or Age of Apocalypse...changing a tank into a marshmellow is not changing reality in the terms i think we are discussing....

There is also Mikail Rasputin (the brother of Colossus). He has reality warping abilities.

Mathemanic from Psionex has demonstrated limited reality warping - after the death of an innocnet boy he made the world and most in it re-live the day before the boys death in effect erasing it from existence.
