It's September 4th and I don't see any link or any other information on the CBR homepage.
Any ideas anyone?

We are hoping for today. But a few last moment things are being taken care of.

As for when we start accepting submissions, we were scheduled to begin on Tuesday (the 4th) but we may be delayed a day or two, but we'll try (stress try) to make up for it towards the end. In any case...

Yes, sorry for the delay but we're waiting on word from a couple of participants before we start accepting submissions. If all goes according to plan, my first blog introducing CBI3 will be up tomorrow afternoon/evening. Then look for the submissions thread to go up shortly thereafter (the following day at the latest). Thanks for your patience!

It's helps me alot cos I'm trying to get a couple more sequential pages done this week before the submissions open. Whew!

Don't forget, you have almost the whole month of September to get your online portfolio ready!
