Punisher (Garth Ennis) Collections

I need some help. I'm trying to collect the Garth Ennis Punisher series, both Marvel Knights and MAX. I just need to know if I buy all of the TPBs on this list here:

The way Wikipedia has it laid out suggests to me that the Marvel Knights imprint only has 12 issues, but the list I have on Amazon has like 6 TPBs, which in my experiance usually covers about 6-10 issues in a single paperback. The only reason I really doubt it is that it in fact has so many compiled collections, but Wiki says it's only 12 issues, and I really don't know what is included in the hardback edition.

That Wikipedia entry lists the first twelve issues of the very first Ennis run, which is collected in Welcome Back Frank. If you click on "List of the Punisher comics," you'll see a more complete listing (though it also includes all the other Punisher titles as well). These are all the TPs to date:

Thanks. I can look at this stuff for a long time but not have any idea how much of a connection there is between some of the series. I just know I want to try to get all the TPBs of The Punisher that I can, and I want to start with Ennis, because of what I've seen of his has been amazing.

Another quick question. Do you know if this item:

Will ever get printed again? $75 is a lot to spend on a single TPB, and before I get it I want to be sure it won't be coming out for a long time.

I'm getting the hardcovers myself, I just get the ISBN and order it from a book shop here. Probably not the cheapest way to go, but I don't have a credit card.

Born is excellent though. I definitely recommend getting it when you get around to it.
