I read a few webcomics -- I thought it might be interesting to see what other people are reading. Here are some of the ones I read every week:
Questionable Content (http://questionablecontent.net/): Indie music! Relationships!
Krakow (http://www.krakowstudios.com/): Succubi and the men who love them.
VG Cats (http://www.vgcats.com/): Cats make meowdant jokes about games.
So... what webcomes do you read?

The Perry Bible Fellowship (http://pbfcomics.com/) -- It's supposedly printed in a few newspapers, but I still consider it a webcomic, dammit! The funniest, most twisted comic strip I've ever read, plus the art styles are varied and incredible.
Some of my favorites:

I forget to check in on it sometimes, but A Softer World (http://www.asofterworld.com/) is often funny, always demented, and occasionally brilliant.

I find myself reading less and less webcomics lately but here are the few I try and read every day/update.
CTRL+ALT+DEL (http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/index.php)
Penny Arcade (http://www.penny-arcade.com/)
Questionable Content (http://www.questionablecontent.net/index.php)
Sinfest (http://www.sinfest.net/index.php)
The Order of the Stick (http://www.giantitp.com/Comics.html) - Probably my favorite of the bunch!
Local Heroes (http://www.hurm.com/localheroes/)

Nothing Nice to Say (http://www.mitchclem.com/nothingnice) and San Antonio Rock City (http://www.mitchclem.com/rockcity) by Mitch Clem (http://www.mitchclem.com/).
I actually don't "get" most of the punk rock jokes in Nothing Nice to Say but I know the guy in real life so I like to check out what he's doing.

Dominic Deegan (http://www.dominic-deegan.com/) - Epic and hilarious fantasy stories.
Shortpacked! (http://www.shortpacked.com/) - Comedy with employees in a toy store and their shenanigans.
Bigger than Cheeses (http://www.biggercheese.com/) - Absurdist and hilarious comic about a group of friend (with more shenanigans)!
Comedity (http://comedity.com/) - Kind of a psuedo-intellectual mix-of-everything webcomic.
They're my top four, in addition to assorted video game ones.
I've strongly considered starting a superhero and comics based one, myself. Some kind of cool love child between American Splendor and Astro City.

I actually don't read all that many webcomics in the proper sense of the word, but since I don't subscribe to any newspapers, I read Doonesbury and Opus online.
I also love Derf's strips (http://www.derfcity.com/n/new.html). They used to print them in one of the free weeklies here, but he got dropped a few years back. I think he was the only reason I even bothered to pick up that weekly.

I'm amazed it's taken this long for SomethingPositive.net to get a mention.
A soap opera about mean-spirited geeks.
Think of it as For Better or For Worse only with jokes and piercings and highly distasteful theatrical productions.
Go back and read it from the beginning.

I have to second that Nothing Nice to Say. Some real truisms there about pop-punk and other things.

The only one I read regularly is Shortpacked!, but I also enjoy Penny Arcade.
Just for fun, here's two webcomics a friend of mine did back in college:

I love Perry Bible Fellowship.
I check out Joe Loves Crappy (http://www.digitalpimponline.com/strips.php?start=274&title=movie) Movies on a weekly basis. Not all of the movies are crappy, but I've liked every strip so far. Also cool the he has them organized by date and by movie.
The same guy who does that did Turtle vs. Bunny! (http://digitalpimponline.com/tvb/index.php?id=1). One awesome comic that recently ended. I really want a bunny T-shirt.

Penny Arcade has already been mentioned so I'll throw out xkcd (http://xkcd.com/254/). I've linked my favorite.

The only one that still lives in my bookmarks bar is Overcompensating (http://www.overcompensating.com).
Xkcd is occasionally very, very funny, as is PBF. Sometimes I read Penny Arcade and Diesel Sweeties even though their laugh rate is pretty low.
