Do not use colons when denoting US military time.
14:00 is wrong.
1400 is right.
You're welcome.

You just know that because your wife told you.

I'm laughing to myself because I did verify it with her before posting. I was 95% sure, but didn't want to take the chance.
And well,...uh, you, umm, you just write such good Franklin stories because you have kids! Yeah! So there! :p

P.S. Thanks for the save, Augie! I posted that one while at work and my boss was waiting to ask me a question.

I hope you all caught the latest story in SPIDER-MAN FAMILY that Chris did and I failed to acknowledge in the podcast. ::whoops::

Hey mgs,
The new Iron Man: Agent of SHIELD TP has quite a few lettering mistakes. Now the minor ones are what started this thread. 14:00 and 0:200 [sic] are the two I remember off-hand. The really major mistake is when a word balloon completely covers the most important part of the panel. Either the letterer got these issues late, or they have a slight learning curve to overcome. :o

Thank you!
And for our little secret--preorder Spider-Man Family #6--the December issue. I'm writing and drawing the lead story. All I will say is that Thor croaks in this issue...again.

Actually,
1400 is wrong, stupid and absurd, but it is used by the US army.
14:00 is right, logical and makes perfect sense, but it is not used by the US army.
