When I was a kid, my favourite superhero was Plastic Man because he always got a laugh out of me. Well, last night I had that same sense while I read through the last Creeper mini, and that got me thinking: maybe no one else thinks The Creeper is so funny . . . and that got me thinking, what characters make other people laugh? :)
So, speak up, who makes you laugh?
If I had to pick a top five, I'd probably choose:
Lobo
The Creeper
Plastic Man
Ambush Bug
Joker (Kind of a cliché, but he does; what can I say, I'm a sucker for his cheesy puns.)

Lobo used to. He hasn't been very funny lately, but then he hasn't had a series lately. And Ambush Bug. 52 #25 was the best issue of the series. The new Blue Beetle's pretty funny, and Impulse was hilarious.

Bart Allen, especially during his Impulse days, was hysterical. Anyone that hung out with Young Justice tended to be funny.
The new Blue Beetle and his friends are fun.
The JLI. But I think that has more to do with the creative team.

One came out yesterday. Sam Kieth wrote and drew. He teams up with Batman.
Honestly, it's not that funny. I think the zeitgeist for Lobo may have past. Even Keith Giffen can't seem to write him funny anymore. And he was really the only one who could in the first place.

Haven´t had a good honest laugh since the Gifeen league but i´ll give it a try:
Things in the DCU that make me smile with glee:
The BoP chemistry
The Nemesis/WW interaction
.
.
.
watching Crybaby teary eyed

Ambush Bug's interaction with Cheeks the Toy Wonder is some funny stuff. Yet, it is very disturbing at the same time.
The strong point of characters like Ambush Bug, Lobo, and the Joker is the danger and insanity that accompanies the humor.

I know what would make me laugh, Black Adam ripping in half Jimmy Olsen in his stupid ass Action Man getup.

hard to say, i don't read about to many comedian superheroes in DC as oppose to Marvel and some manga, umm.. when I read the powergirl classified 4 parter, i cracked up for most of it. During her team up with Supergirl, despite the seriousness of the situations she still managed to make me crack a smile....
Um Powergirl makes me laugh in DC not because shes a joke though.

I would be weary to say that he won't ever be back to his full strength hilarity wise. You never know when a new writer will emerge and do it well. What did you think of Lobo with Supergirl in The Brave and the Bold?

Ragdoll, from the Secret Six. Every time. He's so unbelievably, jaw-droppingly screwed up that every other word coming out of his mouth is comedy gold.
"I'm going to purchase a monkey house and a variety of little monkey outfits!"
"Farewell, sweet nurse. You'll never know where I could have put myself."
"Oh, do shut up and bring me my beloved stuffed Parademon."
