Another week, even more comics to add to my collection!

DC COMICS
Birds Of Prey #109, $2.99 - Gail's last issue or is she already done?
Green Lantern Corps #15, $2.99 - Passed on #14 and it sold out. Do I even bother getting this?

IMAGE COMICS
Invincible #45, $2.99 - Yippee!
Tellos Colossal HC, $39.99 - Didn't order as I spent a good bit of time on eBay a couple of years ago tracking down all of the various covers. In lieu of recent events, I feel the need track down a copy so that I can display it prominently on my bookshelf. And read it to my kids.
Walking Dead #40, $2.99 - Wahoo!

MARVEL COMICS
Amazing Spider-Man #543, $2.99 - Kind of happy that this is the last JMS issue. At the same time, a little upset that this is Garney's last issue. I have loved his ASM run!
Astonishing X-Men #22, $2.99 - will get both covers.
Sensational Spider-Man #40, $2.99 - final issue for a very good run of Spider-Man stories!
The Order #2 CWI, $2.99 - Still on the fence about whether to continue or not.

Honorable Mention/Flip Test:
THE HERO INITIATIVE
Ultimate Spider Man 100 Project TPB, $10.00 - I'd like to see these on the printed page.

After last weeks pathetic list, I get a much nicer haul.

Marvel
The Order #2: Kitson's art is enough for me to stick around and see if this is good Fraction or bad Fraction. Decent enough first issue though.

DC
Batman/Lobo #1: This is a question mark, and will probably depend on the prcie. Sam Keith's art is always a reason to pick something up, though.
Green Arrow Year 1: I love bi-weekly series.
Green Lantern Corps #15: Buying it to complete the Sinestro story, but no, trip, it's not really vital. Unless you're a big Mogo fan, as I believe this is Green Lantern planet vs Manhunter planet.
The Spirit #9: Begiining the wait to see who replaces Cooke on this. may be only four issues left for me.
Supergirl and the Legion of Superheroes #33: Looking forward to the new artist, and hope the next writer is good. Not loving the current arc.

Avatar
Black Summer #2: More Ellis goodness.

ASP
Mouse Guard #1: Forgot what the second mini is called, but it starts here. Enjoyed the collection of the first mini, and if this isn't in my box, may pass until the next collection. Great art.

Repo #3: #2 was an improvement over issue 1 so, hopefully this is on track to be a decent mini. Not loving the coloring though.

Also, I picked up the 100 Project book last week, and while there are some nice images, it's not worth a pick up on it's own, but the worthy cause it goes to pushes it into a recommendation.

Remind me to look for Akira Club. According to diamond, it's on sale this week. Can we confirm this?

On second thought, if you didn't pick this up, go back to the store and do so. It's not vital to understand the story, but it's awesome. It's the battle of Helm's Deep in a comic. Looking at my list, I only read this and Black Summer yesterday, but outside of the Spirit, I don't think anything will top this.

I ended up picking this and a 2nd printing of #14 up yesterday. Have the Sinestro Corps tie-in issues been better than the previous thirteen?

I've enjoyed the last two issues of GLC, but I haven't really been reading the series for a while. I picked up, I think the first six or so, but then dropped off because I wasn't loving it. Not sure how good the previous ones are but it appears they had some Sinestro War build up.

FYI - The new Previews Podcast is up. And we discussed briefly the BAD BOY book from Miller / Bisley. The answer to the question: It's 36 pages of story.
