Posting art samples before the contest

It's up to the individual artist if they want to post anything right now.

But nothing will be officially looked at or considered for judging until the call for submissions starts.

that would be fun and exciting, but i doubt participants will immediately show off their calibre

in a war, you dont just show your "secret weapon" to your enemy :D

Yes you can. It's up to the artist as to how they want to showcase their work
