As of Countdown: Arena, DC is officially opening its doors to any and all ideas for Countdown mini-series, because they've figured out that you guys will buy anything! Pitch a title, pitch a team, and pitch a catch, if that's metaphysically possible. The only rule is, it has to tie into Countdown in some way, be it a character connection or storyline connection. Otherwise, it's free game!
I'll go first. Countdown to Exposure! Written by Keith Giffen and J.M. DeMatteis, and drawn by Keith Giffen himself! As more and more heroes are getting exposure on the pages of DC's hit weekly comic book, Countdown, Ambush Bug fires up a plan to get as much exposure as inhumanly possible, with the help of some of DC's limbo-bound characters. The hook is, at the end of the series, you vote for one character, and that character is the only one who won't die in the pages of Final Crisis!

Countdown To Madness!
Writer: Simon Oliver Artist: Scott Hampton
Rac Shade, The Changing Man returns to the DCU and assembles a team of motley and mentally iffy characters including The Creeper, Thorn (of Rose & fame), Jason Woodrue The Floronic Man, Ragdoll, and Phobia. Together, they strive to fight back a wave of madness that is infecting the DCU. The villains are revealed as Johnny Sorrow and a regenerated Psycho Pirate, whose power level has been ramped up as a result of his proximity to the energies with which Alexander Luthor created "New Earth".
The recent low-selling Steve Niles Creeper mini is revealed to be out of continuity.

Countdown to Good Comics
Written by Grant Morrison and drawn by Ryan Sook
This mini will feature a host of DCU characters and creators and will try to uncover exactly why most of the line is a massive train wreck. Where has the quality gone? Is it that Marvel has most of the good writers and artists? Is it really Didio's fault? Is the horrid disaster called Countdown the source of the poor quality or just indicative of the problem? Join Morrison--DC's last, best hope--and Sook in the book that leads up to Final Crisis and the DCU being good again!

Countdown to Magic
A magic event involving all the main supernatural players in the DCU, including the new or revamped mystics from the Helmet of Fate one-shots. Doctor Occult would be a key player, with the intent of raising his profile more in the DCU. He would be teamed with Zachary Zatara and Misty Kilgore from the Seven Soldiers Zatanna mini.
The payoff would be the introduction of Timothy Hunter into the DCU proper, now that three Vertigo ongoings starring the character have come and gone.

The Count (aka Captain Count) and his cohorts from Earth 12345..678910...1112 reveals themselves to the multiverse in an Alex Ross epic. The true masterminds of the crisis of countdown, in a gritty noir epic, mercilessly slay DC heroes to remind them comics are for kids and the darker turn of the DC universe is a mistake. Oh the irony, as the new powers corrupt absolutely in this bloodfest.
Watch Batman and Robins get blinded and sizzled by the astounding George-Forman esque grilling stripes of Sesame Street's own dynamic duo, Bertman and Nerniehawk!
See Big Bird ruffle her/his feathers against the hawkmen and peck them to death in mind-blowing splash page after splash page, then see her bomb bludhavens anew when she discovers she can fly!
Relish the cookie-monster (aka cookie-monster) consume DC's supermen like a Matter Eating Boy gone wild. You like Zombie action this is even better as the Supermen's mangled arms, legs, and feet try to reality punch their way out of his belly!
Sip on a lemonade and enjoy Oscar the Grouch use the ever growing spikes of his unibrow to tentacle strangle the heroines of DC (covers featuring powergirl, powergirl, and powergirl).
Be astounded to see Elmo get biten by a radioactive... elmo and tickle the green lantern corps to death, and get mindblown by the Snuffleluffagus and kermit the frog teamup as they lay waste to every b-lister that dares mistake Miss Piggy for a friend of Captain Carrot.
Who will save the day? DC darkest hour is here.
Special guest appearences by the Rolling Stones, a mailman, the osh-kosh-by-gosh factory workers, and Allen Iverson (Sesame Street's own answer to the Question).
