Once I went to a video store and they had a uncut, complete Japanese language Samurai Troopers DVD(not the Ronin Warriors dub), including the OAV episodes. The collection was gone when I came back, and I can't seem to find it online. Can anyone help??

Bandai Entertainment has released the entire series on double sided dvd's- one side having the dub, and the other having the sub [like the Sherlock Hound dvd's Geneon did]. Since the series did well, they then picked up the rights to the OVA, and released that. And Then a few years ago, they made a massive boxset collecting the whole run.
Currently, the anime is Out of Print. This means Bandai isn't shipping it anymore. But that's not as bad as you think it is.
http://www.animeondvd.com/forum/showtopic.php?tid/13693/tp/1/ Here's a hanby list of OOP titles maintained on the AnimeonDVD forums [it appears later on in the thread-- though do note that a lot of these titles do bounce back into print from time to time, and a lot of the one's on Page 3 are still available in boxsets- also ,some like Golden Boy and Slayers have been relicensed by other companies since then]
But just because it's OOP doesn't mean you can't get it. Check with the shop, as the distributor they got it from may still have copies. Likewise, check around online at sites like rightstuf.com for clearanced copies of the boxset, or of the single discs [which may/maynot be easier to find]. Also watch Amazon.com's used dvd section and Ebay
Also, it's not clear if Bandai's rights have expired [and where it's not on the first page which does get updated, it could be that Bandai still has the rights]. While the original boxset isn't available, they might be reissuing it later on in a new, cheaper boxset like they did with Big O. Though since it's an older, less popular title, it wouldn't hurt to dig around now for the previous box or some of the singles.

I like this. I would love to hear their original voices.
